Too slow on getting stuff done never put off till tomorrow when you could get it done today

She lacks communication skills. You also have to constantly call to get anything done.

Overly priced, never answers your phone calls when you needed to talk to her and I just didn't care for her

Did very little to assist in defense. Overcharged tremendously for work that was to be done, didn't end up doing what she charged for, & then try to say more was owed. Extreme disconnect between attorney and office.

she is very good lawyer she gets her stuff done at a reasonable price I love her!! If anyone needs help I always tell them to go to her

Horrible. Would definitely not recommend. My daughter needed a simple Will stating where her daughter would legally go should something happen to her and was told she’d have it in a week or less. That was 3 months ago. She paid her that day $100 and has nothing from Caroline. Many phone calls and emails and it’s either zero communication or some excuse from her secretary as to why or that it would be done in x amount of days.
