Just sad... I wouldn’t recommend him to my dog!

I was represented by Attorney Craig Alan Gottschalk at this firm. He was the worst attorney anyone could have here at the firm. This attorney won't fight for his clients at all. Instead of fighting the insurance company he will fight to force you the claimant to accept a very low settlement offer and when you refuse he will withdraw from your claim like he did mines. This attorney left me fighting the insurance company! I was left in the dark about a important document in order to settle my claim! The attorney lied and said everything was done when it was not! This is very unethical on behalf of this lawyer this have been my experience while having attorney Gottschalk represent me you have been warned. The paralegal that works for Gottschalk Christina is very lazy never return phone calls at all. If your looking for a good attorney who will help there client I wouldn't look at this attorney at all. I can't speak on behalf of the whole law firm at Huffman and Kelly but only this attorney and his paralegal In my personal experience I cannot reccomend this attorney to anyone who really needs help when involved in a personal injury claim!

Aaron made my accident claim very smooth with keeping on open line of communication. Whenever I called or left a message with any questions or concerns Aaron always got right back with me. When it was time for my deposition I was never anxious and he made sure I always knew what to expect and was prepared to fight for me to the fullest capacity. Aaron and his law firm have been by far the most pleasant, easiest to work with and I never felt like "just a client". Aaron worked hard and diligently for my case and was always honest with me and upfront while going out of his way to make sure that I was 1st taken care of and to me that means a lot when it comes to a law firm. He genuinely cared and would even check in from time to time to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend Aaron Bensinger if you are in need of an accident claim attorney and for everything else he specializes because he is prompt, patient, genuine and he FIGHTS for you like no other attorney I have ever met. I hired Tabitha Stewert in 2016 to handle my dad's estate. Actually, had a meeting with Jason Flowers but Tabitha took the case over. I was told by her that we had to leave the case open for 6 months, to give time for any creditors to latch on. Meanwhile, my son was in a bad car accident, so I hired her to take that case also (was also in 2016). She has done nothing for the accident case. I had to go collect all the medical bills, reports, information from the junkyard, etc. She dropped the ball on the case and we still have not collected anything from the accident. My son has over 15k in medical bills now and still hasn't received any money for his car yet. She DOES NOT answer calls or return calls. When she does talk to you, it's the same story over and over. Which gets you no where. Half of the time, the secretary won't even put you through to her line. Back to my dad's estate, I waited 9 months, got everything settled and done in 2017. I go to sell a property in 2018 and find out a 3k lien was put on it from my dad's death. Call her about it, she knows nothing but that I had to pay it. Annoyed, but I pd it. Now find out another property of mine has a 23k lien on it from my dad. Contacted Tabitha and still no answers and still no return calls. She said she had to talk with Brock to find out more about it. That meeting was almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from her. I have called and left messages and no call back. I called to speak to Brock and he isn't available. Imagine that. A lawyer is hired and paid by myself, but don't want to communicate with you. She had no problem taking her commission on my dad's estate but failed to do her job, only finding this out a year and half after the case was closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!

My attorney was Craig's Gottschalk he was a terrible lawyer. My experience with him at this office was horrible. I didn't get updates from his assistant Christina. I would call and then she would suddenly remember she needed to set up a phone conference. He is a Chihuahua when it comes to negotiating with insurance companies, even a Chihuahua has more bark then him. He allowed the insurance adjuster to low ball my claim. He told me that the second measly offer was the final offer. When I said no I would not accept it, he said I would have to find another lawyer. He put no effort into my claim. If you are injured you need a pit bull lawyer to deal with these insurance companies and he is not that type of lawyer. If I could give zero stars I would.

Mr. Huffman seemed very interested in taking my husbands case for a traumatic brain injury after a fall. I was instructed to wait a couple months to see what problems developed from the fall.
I called Mr. Huffman after the 2 months leaving voice mail messages re the case for 5 days straight but heard nothing.
After hearing nothing from Mr. Huffman I called the office one more time informing the receptionist that my many messages were never answered. She said she was very sorry and she would put me through to his assistant. Low and behold I got voice mail again.
It only takes a minute to return a call and I assumed he was very discourteous or didn't care. I took my case to an attorney who did.

Lawyer will not return my phone calls or submit papers and because of this I owe 2100 in back child support even though I have paid it.

Refused to take my case because it has to do with the cops in this town

Although they seemed very professional and seemed as though they cared at first my attorney now senator never filed my malpractice lawsuit after my first botched surgery and didn't bother to tell me until the day we settled my car accident case which was one year after the surgery which was the limit of statute of limitations for the malpractice suit to be filed I had asked him months and months prior to that date to file malpractice suit which he neglected to do and did not tell me he neglected to do this until it was too late
Gave Over medical bills during litigation that were supposed to be paid when everything was said and done I got unpaid bills that were supposed to be paid over a year-and-a-half prior with no explanation as to why the law firm did not pay these bills taking more money out of my less than one sixth of what I needed settlement. Can never in good conscience recommend this Law Firm to anyone
