After going through multiple reviews and speaking with numerous firms corcerning a custody case.. we had found a law firm that we were considering, but having already had a bad experience with our first lawyer we are really apprehensive about it happening again.. when i came across slater & zurz what first caught my eye was they were open on a saturday, and then nothing but good reviews, i called yesterday morning and left my info... first thing this morning silas called us back and let me say, out of the dozens of lawyers i have talked to he has been the only one to listen, he didnt rush me through like all the others have, he was knowledgeable and had a genuine concern for not only us but our children, we will definitely be hiring him for our case.. silas thankyou so much for taking the time to listen to me ramble this morning and for treating us with courtesy and respect i look foward to working with you and you will hear back from us with in the next two weeks..

Typically the reviews people write are only when it is negative. I personally had to take the time aside to mention how excellent every step has been working with Slater and Zurz. Randy has personally been a pleasure to have met. I work at the Fred Martin superstore and I will be passing the good word along not only to coworkers but recommending them to my family members as well!

My uncle refered me to slater and zurz , I had multiple questions about an issue and the person i talked to, spoke with me for 25 or so minutes and helped me find the answers I was looking for. Unfortunately they were unable to take my case but I was given his cell and now have a attorney's office for life.

Attorney Silas Pisani was outstanding in handling my case to protect my rights and parenting time with my children. We used this firm for a step parent adoption and they were so easy to work with. The staff was always so willing to take time to thoroughly answer mine and my husbands questions about the proceedings and the adoption was seamless.

I am writing this review based upon the wonderful interaction I had with Slater & Zurz. Although I never retained Mr. Jeff Hawkins for my divorce proceedings, he explained to me the process - distinguishing between a dissolution and divorce so that I could make up my mind which way to proceed. His fees were reasonable and the only reason I didn't hire him was due to a family friend attorney willing to assist me pro-bono; in fact, a colleague of Mr. Hawkins that he highly recommended. It made me realize that throughout this painful and disruptive time in my family's life, there are still lawyers and law firms in Ohio where the average person can count on getting straight forward advice - free. I will use Mr. Hawkins' firm, Slater and Zurz, in the future at some point and I highly recommend them as a decent, honest and family friendly firm in my county of Huron, Ohio.
