Anyone looking for an attorney to handle your case and stay in contact with you throughout the process this is not the attorney. At the beginning he promise me that he would handle my case in a timely manner, but once he was hired he did not communicate with me. Not to mention that I had to constantly call and leave messages that were never returned, and when I did speak with him he would tell me the same exact thing over and over. Upon questioning him he would get offended and a conversation would turn into an argument. I personally had to go to the hospital to obtain my medical bills, in fact I had to do everything just to get my case moving forward. After he did finally speak to the claims adjuster and we decided to file a law a suit against the against the other party he still let my case sit in the pile for another month stating it was number three to be filed and that he was working on all these case by himself since he's a sole owner which makes you wonder why take on more than he can handle. Do your self a favor and hire another attorney if you don't want to go through more pain than you're probably in and don't want your case to drag on for a year like mine only to end up starting over with another attorney while your medical bills goes into collection waiting on this attorney to handle your case. DON'T DO IT!

Kevin Sandel was very informative, simplified the whole process for me, I had never been through an accident like this before and Kevin made me feel very comfortable and that goes a long way when you have had a bad accident, he is very professional but makes you feel right at home. His knowledge of how insurance companies work is remarkable and he will break it all down which makes it easy for anyone to understand.

I had a injury claim that Sandel law firm handled from 2018 where someone rear ended me at a stoplight witha company vehicle and provided no working phone numbers to the company and no insurance information. What I truly liked about Attorney Sandel is that even though he had little information to start the process with which caused my case to take some months clearing up, he stayed on top of everyone and investigated things to the fullest until he was able to track down everyone he needed including the insurance company to get compensation for me and he is very fair and reasonable, and he didn't stop until he was satisfied with the amount he felt was compensation for my injuries and bills. I also liked the fact that I was able to handle things with him via phone and computer due to us being in different cities. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know.

Oh my gosh, where do I even begin?!?! There's not enough stars because he deserves more than the 5!! Words alone cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for all that Kevin has done for me!!! I was hit by a driver, car totaled, went to ER, missed work, and had plenty of visits to the doctor and physical therapy. At first I thought I was fine after my accident, and wanted to just get everything settled as soon as possible. I realized the next day though, I really wasn't fine like I thought. I had never reached out to a lawyer for any accident that I was in. I was getting calls and letters left and right that I chose to just ignore. I received Kevin's letter in the mail and first was drawn to it because he was local (Cleveland/Akron area). Then when I opened it and read the letter, I just felt it was sincere and chose to reach out to him to see if there was anything he could do for me.
