I retained Berger and Green for social security disability case due to my chronic illnesses and chronic pain. Berger and Green guided me through all of the processes required for this complex process and always let me know in a very timely fashion what steps were happening and the timing and required communications of each one. Won't help you unless it's an easy case. Dd not want to take my case die to the fact I could not afford medical insurance to get treated for my mental health and physical disabilities. Even though I currently have proof of severe back problems and mental and physical childhood abuse. All I got was I hope you can get medical coverage in the future to fix yourself Good luck and goodbye.

In my years I have never seen a country treat their citizens so shallow to the point where they put profit over taking care of someone.

I spent my whole life taking care of others and the one time I need help I get a back turn to me. These attorneys should feel ashamed of themselves. But like most they only care about the bottom dollar and profit.

Very misleading people, never ever recomend

After trying to file my claim myself for social security disability I decided to hire an attorney. I filed out a form online and received a callback from Berger and Green.
I was denied twice and ended up having to go to court. I have to admit I was very surprised when I got to court and saw the file that Regina Brown had on my case. ALL the work that the attorneys at Berger and Green had done on my behalf was mind blowing, seriously!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BERGER AND GREEN for your needs! Even if you "think" you're forgotten in the pile, YOU'RE NOT!! THEY WORK FOR YOU!!

Applying for Social Security Disability Benefits on your own can be both time-consuming and stressful, especially when missing a minor detail can cause your claim to be denied or rejected resulting in starting the whole process over.

He treated me like a human being with needs and took the time to listen to my families needs and address them no matter how big or small. Had called them to consult and never got a call back. Had a very interesting experience, a firm which doesn't want your business.

I was already anxious trying to even fill out the paperwork for Social Security and was told after months of dealing with Berger and Greene on my own, having me do the job that they should have been able to help me do. Making my panic attacks WORSE than I have ever had them with my hearing date rapidly approaching I received a letter saying that they could not help because my case was too hard, and it wouldn't be easy to win.

They can't help a disabled vet get social security. Called twice now with the same results. Hole bunch of no help. If your a veteran these people can't help you.

well the desicion on the non medical part is not yet desided the big one was! They have so much dedication!!!! I would highly recommend Berger and Green. I had a slip and fall accident in front of a retail store which resulted in a broken wrist. The management company was not willing to compensate me for my out of pocket expenses so I hired Berger and Green to represent my case. I love that they were able to win my case for SSI for less than other attorney service firms. I would have given a 4,5 out of 5, however that selection was not available. The reasons for not rating a 5.0 are 1. No one can be perfect. 2. Return questions when called for clarification took up to a week for them to be responded to. 3. When the meeting with the JUDGE for my hearing the lawyer assigned showed up with very little time before my case appointed time and had to look for him in parking lot in his car. My case other than that was as good as I could hope for on outcome of JUDGE's vertic.

I called not to long ago. Filled out all the paperwork they sent to me to have filled out. They called back very quick and took my social security case. Very helpful staff. False advertisement my 1 yr old grand daughter was hurt on a business owner sidewalk but couldnt help

When I originally contacted the law firm of Berger and Green I felt hopeless and anxious. I had to take an early retirement from my job because of my health and consequently was not able to receive my full pension. I knew that I couldn't continue working but wasn't sure how I was going to pay my bills. I called them and was very impressed with how caring and attentive every associate that I dealt with was. They treated me with respect and any questions that I had were quickly answered. I never had to wait long for a return call from Cheryl who was one of the associates dealing with my case. And I was incredibly grateful when my disability case was granted rapidly. I can't express how much of a relief it was to know that I will be able to pay my bills. I'm very thankful that I made that phone call.

Very caring and Professional

Bill Kenny was amazing, I received my settlement very quickly and he negotiated to get the amount that I wanted. I recommend Berger and Green as well as Bill Kenny to anyone who has a personal injury case.

I do not recommend them to anyone there commercials say they help you with the application so I called cause I been denied in the past thinking im filing wrong so I called Berger and green they said they do not help with that to call once I was denied and had a hearing so I did then I had to hunt down all my records for them to call me a week before my hearing to tell me they can't help me I have a broken back and can barely walk on my own I need a walker that's clearly a disability amongst other things I did all the work for them I went to neighborhood legal services and they did more for me than Berger and green don't waste your time you'll be doing all the work you might as well represent yourself wish I had the money to sue for false advertisement they don't help with anything

Berger and Green refused to take my disability case because I had some issues with drugs and self medicating before finding out I was bipolar with other mental health issues. Anyone that understand addictions knows that there are many many people with dual diagnoses especially bipolar!

I initially filed my disability claim myself back in July 2017. When I received notice that I had to go to court, I knew I needed an attorney. A friend referred Berger & Green. Attorney Remaley did an excellent job representing me. I had a lot of questions, many of them at weird hours of the day, so I'd send messages (either thru Facebook or textung) rather than leave voicemails. They always responded very promptly to me and answered every question I had. Highly recommend Berger & Green.

The Office of Berger and Green was awesome.They got onto my case right away and checked on me every couple of weeks for any new medical papers and to let me know what was going on . I got my notification that my case was settled with an increase from them before SSI. Because it ended early no back pay and Berger and Green took no pay

2 yrs, 5 months waiting for my SSD decision. Don't return my calls. Had to call SS myself to get any information. When I do talk to someone at Berger and Green, I'm told you just have to wait. SS is over loaded and it is just a waiting game. They do not keep you informed Not happy.
Worst experience ever, only spoke with an attorney for 10 min prior to hearing after waiting 2.5 yrs. He did nothing in the hearing. Lost appeal and they will not appeal the decision. Don't know how they can represent you if they don't meet with you prior. Worst ever. They did not obtain medical documents to submit. Will never recommend.

Love Berger and Green. Everyone was so nice. They helped take some of the stress off of me. It’s hard enough just being sick. I recommend everyone to them. They make sure they have everything they need to win your case. The cost was low in my opinion for all they did for me.

They were so patient with me everytime I called them, cause I tend to ask the same questions over and over to make sure I have things right. Not a terrible experience, but I am currently waiting on a court date for a disability decision. I feel like my case has just fallen through the cracks. I have to call them for any updates only to hear "We're still waiting, we will call you or send mail when we know something". I am sorry, but I like a courtesy call or something every few months at least. They were very good getting the process started, and with the paperwork... I am just a little bummed right now. I see people around me getting disability in like 3-6 months, and here I am been waiting a little over two years. *sighs*

They did nothing, over 2 years they only talked to me when I called them. The only time the attorney talked to me about the hearing was 20 minutes before. The judge came up with an unfavorable decision, I am going to be 55 next month. I can no longer do the only type of work I ever have done? I have no higher eduction.SSD says in the national economy there are clothes sorter or folder jobs I don't know where! But Berger an Green said I could appeal but they would not stand behind me. I would never recommend them even if you have an open and shut case. Don't give them a chance to make a dime. They don't give a crappie. Go to anyone else.

I worked with a few different people at Berger and Green, and I really appreciate how easy they made the application process. If I had to do all the paperwork alone it would have been overwhelming but they walked me through every phase of the process. Additional stress would have made my condition worse but because of Berger and Green I did not encounter the extra stress. They also returned my phone calls the same day, on the rare occassion they did not call back the same day I never had to wait longer than the very next day.
