I contacted their firm regarding a civi matter. Although I did not need to utilize their services, I can attest that they responded very quickly to an online request after work on a Friday. The an actual Attorney called me and spent nearly an hour on the phone discussing the issue and making notes to present their team of professionals on Monday morning. I was contacted early the following week by the same Attorney to discuss specific details and potential outcomes of a civil case. I had a brief follow up question a few days latter. The same atrony took the time to respond even though there was and is not a currently active case. Remember they receive hundreds of calls each week. They have to weigh the information provided to determine if there if it merits a case and the amount of time they can spend counsulting to make that determination.

Jonathan was wonderful. He helped us get my son the help he desperately needed from his school. They were all so pleasant to deal with and always got back to me right away with any questions I had.
