Dave was the pitbull we needed in court to defend our son. When faced with uncertainty plus the confusing justice system, you want the best. Dave Betras is the best!

These people are rip off artist at almost 50%of what they "Settle" for you. They seem lazy and don't want to do work and fight to get a bigger settlement that you deserve! We were given a "take it or leave it" settlement and we felt like they put a gun to our heads to make us agree to the settlement... NEVER AGAIN with we do business with these lazy thieves!

Attorney Betras by far one of the best lawyers in the North East Corner if not the entire State. In 2015 he handled a high profile criminal case for me. The case WAS mishandled in Mahoning Co. by another attorney. Attorney Betras took on the case in mid 2013, it was successful to my likings in early 2015. Not only does Attorney Betras do criminal cases but he has handled several personal injury case's with great success. He has a full loyal very nice personable staff. Private Investigators and all. I wouldn't recommend it! Just my opinion due to the fact that I used this lawyer before and my case netted them a good amount of money on the accident I was involved back in 2008. This time around they decided that my accident in which I was rear-ended was not worth there time! So after they informed me that they were not going to represent me in this matter they bowed out. I'm fine with that because I have been offered more money from the person's insurance company by dealing with this on my own!! I have nothing else to say on this matter and I am not telling anyone else who needs representation not to use this firm but just a word to the wise. Make damn sure you research any law firm and ask other people if they have used them before and what there recommendation is about any law firm. Cause honestly if most lawyers are not going to be making at least 5k or more they are more than likely just going to tell you they have tried to reach a certain amount but they don't think at this time it's beneficial for them to proceed further on your behalf! This applies to all law firms not just the one listed here. So do your homework before choosing any law firm. Just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

Was contacted by them after an accident. Gave them a call and gave them all the info from the crash. Because I wasn't horrifically injured from the crash, they told me that the attorneys are unavailable to speak with me at the moment and would call me back. They never did. Two days later I called them and they told me that the attorneys didn't feel my case was one that would be something they would be interested in. I was rear ended with a shoulder injury and they contacted ME initially. What a joke. Then I had to call THEM back? Whatever.
