Unprofessional treatment and dishonest! They are bottom feeders who only care about their profit and do the bare minimum for their clients! This is not fake news. Beware of these lying little trolls.

Don’t even bother unless you’re quite possibly dead or near death. I spoke with Lawyer Amber Archer about an intake and she wanted to turn me away, as I am not high enough on their severity food chain because they only get about 25%. So if I was looking at millions for a case, they’d probably take me on other than that don’t waste your breath because depending on how severe your “trauma” or injury is they won’t bite. Oh, they’ll also mention it’s not to lessen the true severity of the nature of your injury because you can’t return to work or anything of that nature. Look elsewhere, even with the incentive that they only take 25%... they’ll just refer you somewhere else and leave you to wonder if they even get a fee from that.

These guys are great people. Very smart and hard working. I reccomend.

They have been my attorneys for almost 20 years and they are AWESOME.. I greatly recommend them if you ever need an attorney..

Called them and told them about my accident case and they said they couldn't help? An automobile accident they didn't bother to ask specifics about or how it happened or how many cars were involved? Only told them another firm wasn't handling properly, and they said they couldn't help me, never even talked to an attorney about it. Not a reputable place. Steer clear of these people.

My daughter was hit in cross walk by hit and run it's on tape and I was told on the phone it's covered under auto insurance ..like her injury isn't worth time. I'm blessed she wasn't severely injured but she's still hurt missed work .
I guess lawyers only want cases where they can get a big cut and not out of compassion for a young lady in the right away . Today's people's morals..driver kept going left daughter hurt and lawyers who only want big dollars no wonder why our youth learns from what they see.
Never again will I call them nor refer them to anyone.

Alex Shenderovch is a lying thief. He does not return phone calls and does not do what he promises to do for your case. He did the bare minimum. Alex is a coward and does not advocate for his clients, but he will take your money that he does not deserve. Alex does what is best for lazy Alex, not his clients.

Referred a friend in a car accident in which the responsible party’s insurance company was refusing to pay lost wages and make right on his medical bills and vehicles value. One call to Shenderovich, Shenderovich & Fischman and they not only got more than they expected the feel was not 40%!

I contacted Shenderovich, Shenderovich & Fishman after finding out that a family member’s advanced directive was not honored at a local hospital. Attorney Fishman told me that it wasn’t a case that his firm would handle. He did suggest that I express my concerns regarding the above mentioned to a specific attorney from the hospital where my family member had been. I contacted said attorney and informed him of my concerns regarding the handling of my family member’s advanced directive. This attorney looked into my concerns and told me that new polices and procedures were put into place so the advanced directive situation that occurred with my family member would not occur in the future with other hospital patients. I appreciated Attorney Fishman’s suggestion in contacting said attorney, otherwise, these new policies and procedures regarding patient’s advanced directives being known and followed may not have been put into place.

I was in an accident last May and had to have a disc removed from my neck. I was on workman's comp. for a year. The company I worked for went out of business and I was without a job. Mark and Shelly were very helpful in working with workman's comp. and getting them to reduce the amount I had to repay them. Including life flight,5 days in the hospital and a year on workman's comp. the bill came to over $100,000.00! Mark and Shelly really came through for me! The other person involved had insurance and my company had a small amount of insurance on me,but Shenderovich,Shenderovich & Fishman only charged me 25 percent for their work. After settling with workman's comp. they would have made more money than I would have. They discussed it among themselves and felt that wasn't fair to me,the injured person. They split the cost in half so I at least got something for pain and suffering. If they would do that for someone like me,who was really down on his luck, then anyone can trust them to be fair to you. They're not in business to loose money,but my point was they're not in business to rip anyone off either. I'll recommend them for any situation anyone may encounter. Hopefully I'll not need any more lawyers in the future... but if I do I will know who to contact.

They were a great bunch to work with. They did all the work and allowed me to heal. They settled my case in less than a year.
