I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Bought a pre-built computer a few years ago. Recently decided to buy some components to upgrade my system. Bought an M.2 SSD drive, but since my computer was a pre-built I did not have the screw necessary to properly mount the drive. Kevin not only had the screw I needed, but configured my drive as well. Couldn't be happier!!!!

I took 3 floppy disk drives to Kevin’s to try to be restored. Although two of them would not spin up, Kevin was able to get the third to work perfectly. He then proceeded to convert it to a Mac Compatible file and put it on to a flash drive for me, all within 30 minutes of my arrival. Kevin’s pricing is incredibly fair and he was able to answer every one of my questions in layman’s terms and was able to save some incredibly important files. Oh and did I mention they have an adorable dog? Great service, great prices and a dog...what more could you ask for?

Kevin''s Computer and Photo is a great place to take your broken computer. They actually do a free analysis which they would never do at a Best Buy and do a great job on the repair!

Kevins Computer and Photo are an amazing place. I took my older HP laptop there when I spilled water on it and destroyed the keyboard. Kevin found a replacement keyboard from HP Surplus dealer because HP doesn't even sell it anymore. That's great service! I would recommend going there before you go to a computer big box store if you have any computer issues at all. They are amazing!

Kevin and Karen saved the day! I called them after being unable to retrieve important files from a hard drive. Being in town for a conference I desperately needed my docs and (of course) hadn’t backed them up recently. I called, came in, and was taken care of in an hour and a half! I just wanna say thank you to Kevin for the great job he did. He took my mothers old computer and cleaned it out he also added some updates.
