Had an auto accident in March 2017 & broke my hand. Scott Cooper took on my case. He was very personable & answered any and all questions I had. He was experienced and knowledgeable. Do not recommend! They never return your calls unless they need something from you. According to G.Kramers assistant “He prefers voicemails” are you kidding me? Stay away, they only want to settle and do very little on your behalf.

Don't believe the "Free Consultation" After taking this attorneys advise on my first consult stating I had to be out of work. So I retired early from my job of 42 years. Then called a second time and based on incomplete information stating I did not have a treating Dr. at the time. Now I have all the information they advised me to gather and they will not even look at my case! They blew me off to another Attorneys office! I had full trust in this office because my husband was a client there. Maybe that is why his attorney is no longer there! She was too caring!! I made a life decision on this advise and have been led along blindly! Do not fall into this trap!

My brother Tom who is severely mentally challenged was run over by 2 cars back in December 2015. Beyond Livid after learning that my recent true and correct review was deleted by Schmidt Kramer from Facebook, So much for Honesty, Integrity and Freedom Of Speech!!!
I get VERY Upset every time I see the Schmidt Kramer commercial where Mr Schmidt says "I have never met a person who wants to go to trial!" This Is A Lie! When my daughter Jennifer was killed by a drunk driver in 2003, I specifically chose Schmidt Kramer because Mr Scott Cooper told me we will go to trial and get the truth made public, which is all that I wanted! After the criminal trial was over and I / we were preparing for civil trial, I was told by Scott Cooper we won't be going to trial because I'll never get the truth and I have no choice but to settle. I cried and begged to go to trial, I expressed it was all about Justice, the Truth, and Closure, not money! This was and still is beyond devastating! Mr Schmidt then told me he'd reduce my fee when I came in and signed the paperwork to settle, but this was before he knew I was "only paying 25%" plus additional fees, and of course he did not follow through and reduce the fee. Sadly my experience was horrible and I feel as if they said what I wanted and needed to hear to get my case!
