Judson Perry is very rude. We never met in person, until 30 minutes before my Disability Hearing which was a joke. He should have told me he does not know how to handle mental illness disability cases. This was my second attorney. We objected to a teleconference hearing which I had in my first case. The in courtroom hearing was then scheduled 12-18 months later and one week before the hearing they said it would be teleconference which was objected to in 2015. Then I waited two months later and ten minutes before my in courtroom hearing I was promised again. The Judge had gotten transferred to a different state. Once again I got screwed. I had to make the decision to have the hearing by teleconference that day or postpone to possibly December or later. I decided to have the hearing. Well now this was my second attorney fourth appeal. Two humiliating teleconference hearings I objected to and waited almost two years for each when I first filed for disability in March 2013. Well Judson must have got the decision before me because when I tried to call his office to discuss the outcome AnnMarie his Office Assistant said did you get the letter? I said no I have been out all day. Well next day I got the mail and Judson Perry my wonderful I have been doing Disability Hearing cases for seventeen years letter saying even though we are sorry about the judge's decision I do not feel me or my office can help you with an appeal. Please feel free to file an appeal on your own or seek another attorney to help you aid in this process. No wonder he was not available to talk because he is a coward and did not have the respect of giving me a phone call. I would not recommend this law practice or attorney to anyone. Just because he didn't get paid doesn't mean I deserve to be dumped and treated like dirt. I'm entitled to an appeal and I will find a more qualified and professional attorney who is skilled in mental illness disability cases.
