We felt he was very helpful and professional. His rates were very reasonable. A friend recommend him and we would certainly recommend him, also.

David Miller was my attorney and I must say me nor my family were happy with the outcome in my child custody case. Everything was based on when a payment was due. Even after I paid 2,500 retainer for one hearing and and additional 1,000 was added right after again for one hearing. Mind you we lost and after having primary care of my child for 8/9 years with an absent father they claimed because my son had 9 unexcused absences was enough to grant my son's (again absent) father primary custody . I rather had represented myself in all honesty what is what I am doing now.
