There was prompt reply via email, as I live in Australia, all communication was done via email.
Using this legal service with the exchange rate currently is probably not advisable at present.
They were very kind and professional so, the only reason i gave rhem a three was because I cannot comment on how they performed in a legal case, as I did not use them at this stage.
