I had a very complicated situation with a very difficult tenant, it was a total nightmare until I contacted Lauer and Fulmer. Josh explained in detail the rights of both tenants and landlords and formulated a plan on how to proceed. In the court proceedings his help was first class. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
