Very disappointed with this office! Waited 7 months after several calls through out the 7 months due to mail issues I was having, I was told not to worry then when Ashley refused calls for 2 weeks I knew a problem was coming all my mail had been returned the exact reason for my concern and had to start all over again now with a new attorney! My case was handled poorly by all !!!!!

The ross quinn &ploppert did a very good job four me and very professional

2 years ago they were supposed to help me with my SSI disability case and provided me with false and inaccurate info. Last week I was looking into filing BK and the attorney who handles those cases advised me he would call back in 30 minutes, its almost a week later and no call back. Save your time and patience and avoid these hacks.

Do not go to them for Social Security Disability cases. My mother had a case with them. There are others in the Montgomery County area that ONLY handle Social Security cases that will more effectively represent you and you will actually hear from an attorney at some point other than just a few days before a Hearing.

I was very impressed that Joe took all the time that was needed to educate me on a number of options, even though he wasn't getting paid. They don't give a damn about anything but their fee. I had to do all the footwork and ask for the appropriate forms for the type doctors I had, and collect the records myself, yet they still charged me for it. They did not go for more than the bare minimum, explained the payment process incorrectly, did not deal with SS for me. They misspelled "Security" on correspondence. My lawyer was rude. It took nearly 2 years from start to finish. There is a disincentive for lawyers to get it done fast, because the longer it is delayed, the larger their fee becomes. Social Security told me I would have been better off dealing with them without a lawyer.
I did the work to get my back benefit. The lawyers did NOTHING! Yet they got 30% of it anyway. It was caught up in a computer snafu. We lost our house because of the delay. The lawyer spent all of 20 minutes with me and NO follow through to ensure I got the money that the court said I was to get!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully no one is ever in this position but if you are you deserve an 8th of the work this firm offers. This firm is a hot mess of diss organization. Firstly Mr. Quin esquire is an attorney that floats between Florida and Pennsylvania. If you are a Pennsylvania client rest a sure that your case will not have the undivided attention by the above mentioned that your case deserves. In life I understand that it takes two to tango and that I’m sure I fell short as well but that’s what you hire folks like this to guide you in your own shortcomings. They are a disgrace of representation. If you do choose to go to this office pay attention to the outfits most are wearing, sweats, leggings, t-shirts, the dress how they work; very unprofessional!

Ripped me off of $1700. Went in for a sit down with Joe and Jillian and was told that qualified for Bankruptcy and everything looked good only to be told when he got his final payment that they would put my house for sale whichwas a huge part of why we agreed in the first place cause they said we would be fine! Took all the money I had.

From the begining I was ignored by this lawyer. In the initial appointment for interview they never called. When I left 4 messages I was never called back. I had to submit my paperwork by myself without any help. I yet to speak to anyone and my paperwork again was filed by me alone.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They were my disability attorney and they did absolutely nothing. I had to do all the leg work and get all the papers myself. I never even spoke to an attorney, just an assistant. All they do is market and sit back and collect when you are approved. The worst ever, stay far away unless you don't mind doing everything yourself and then giving them money for attaching their name.

I spoke with several attorneys to discuss what my options were for filing bankruptcy with a specific focus on discharging my school loans. I was aware that school loans are extremely difficult to discharge if not impossible. I met with Joe Quinn twice and knew right away he was the one I should go with. With high hopes we began the process right away as time was of the essence in my case. He knew exactly what steps needed to be taken and in the most effective order in which the steps were to be completed. There were several components to my case as we were trying to discharge private and federal student loans along with the general bankruptcy discharge. He was also able to stop my garnishment right away. He gave me great advice during our initial meeting as well as throughout the process. His paralegal Melissa was also fantastic. If I couldn't get in touch with Joe, Melissa was always available to correspond with me. She is very knowledgeable and is great at what she does! When it was all said and done my general bankruptcy got approved without a hitch and then came word that my student loans were being dismissed. This was a huge burden that was drowning me for quite some time and the amount of stress weighing on me from these debts was immeasurable! Joe contacted me to discuss specifics before signing anything and a couple weeks later I got an official Order in the mail from the judge confirming that I owed nothing more on my student loans. Words cannot describe the relief I felt receiving that order. My case is now closed and I owe zero debt. I was able to keep ownership of my home and every penny of past debt has been discharged, including both private and federal student loans. I can't thank Joe enough for what he has given back to me. I highly recommend Joe Quinn and I'm so happy I chose him. Not many attorneys have experience with discharging school loans. He knew from our first meeting the steps that needed to be taken and what would be entailed. And in the end he was successful. Highly highly recommend!

I have heard horror stories about disability and all of the red tape. The staff at this office made it as easy as possible. They did a good job at keeping me in the loop during the wait for my hearing, I was always able to get ahold of my lawyer or his assistant by phone and email. The lawyer had me ready for the hearing and did a good job explaining my issues to the judge before the hearing even started. The judge seemed confused by some of the issues in the beginning but understood what was going on after talking to my lawyer. Within a few weeks I got approved by the judge and got my first check.

Disability was really scary for my first time. Porsha and Jason did a great job in settling my nerves thru the process and kept me informed with everything I needed to know and when to proved my information. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful. Steven was great at my hearing and prep for it.

It saved me considerable money and grief and I would use him again if needed. I recommend him to my clients. It is not always easy to get him on the phone. That is why he only got 4 stars.
