First, and Foremost - 5 Stars on Communication. In order to have a smooth as possible transaction on any deal you need to have great Communication skills. This is exactly what Howard has.

It is also important you communicate with him when he gets in touch with you immediately. It just makes your case go smoothly, and resolves quickly. (Of course, it depends upon your case, and recovery time on your injuries.) Make sure to keep good notes on your incident, photos and any medical treatment receipts.
