I don't believe these reviews. No priors and all they could do was get my ticket from 6 to 4 points with a $188 fine for 72 in a 50. And all after 2 years of pushing the court dates back. I could've done the same thing myself and saved the fee I was charged. Lesson learned

I got a speeding ticket driving through New York on a road trip. I live in a different state. I was pretty stressed out about it since NY does tickets differently than my home state, but apparently DOES share information. So the points were going to impact my license and insurance regardless.
So I contacted Rosenblum. For a flat fee they guaranteed a positive result - which in my case was no points and just a fine! The experience was pretty painless. I chatted with someone first, who answered all my questions. Then all I had to do was upload the ticket, electronically sign an agreement, and pay the fee by credit card. Then I waited for about 12 weeks until I got an email from them with the judgement.

I was visiting some friends in Toronto and was pulled over in upstate NY. Was going at 88 at a 65. Didn't mean to go so fast because it was a rental car and I hit the gas it accelerated a lot faster than I expected. I paid $500 for their service. I got two tickets in late 2018, my first offences ever and they were for speeding. I saw the good reviews and thought the money would be well spent. So for a year,all they did was postpone the court date until 2020 where they lost the case because the officer decided to show up. Not only did they lose but I also lost 7 points and had to pay more than $700 to the DMV for several ridiculous fees. I could've done what they did and I would've saved a lot of my money. LESSON LEARNED.

My experience with... was one I would not wish anyone else.

I received a speeding ticket, Mr. Cohen said they would be able to negotiate to traffic school as it was my first offense. To which they then requested $200 more ($700 in total) even though they hadn’t guaranteed driving school yet. Here’s where Mr. Cohen fell short; my license, from Maine includes ‘C’ which on a New York license means ‘commercial driver’, but on a Maine license it means ‘non-commercial’. I constantly had to reiterate to my lawyers that ‘ME ‘ was Maine, not Maryland, or any similar sounding state, and that the ‘C’ was not commercial.
As Mr. Cohen failed to grasp these basic points, he also failed to fill out the proper paperwork for the court. Traffic school was denied as I was deemed to be a commercial driver, and therefore ineligible for a traffic school negotiation. I have never had any prior violations on my license and should have had no problem with getting driving school. After a YEAR of Mr. Cohen avoiding my calls, and failing to ever call me back. I repeatedly asked to be informed of any new developments, this was also ignored. Although the had my cellphone number and my email, I eventually received a letter that was first sent to the wrong address informing me that they had accepted 2 points on my license and a fine on my behalf. They did this without informing me, and I ended up with points on my license and a fine when my case should have been a simple plea bargain down to traffic school.
Complete incompetence from start to finish. I chose this company based on all the positive reviews. My experience was vastly different and after such a dismal representation, and much stress, frustration, and anxiety.

Unfortunately I got a speeding ticket upstate New York. I searched online for a lawyer to deal with my ticket and found Rosenblum law firm. I called them up and the lawyer explained to me the system of how they fight or reduce the fine. The fee is slightly higher than the amount of my ticket, but insurance company may raise the prices of my coverage and so over time it should be cheaper than just paying the ticket. After a short phone call and sending them a picture of the ticket, they took care of everything and a few months later they got it changed from a speeding ticket to a parking fine with no points. Still wasn't a cheap fine, but I will have to be more careful with my speed in the future.

Hire this firm ONLY if you want to pay over 40% more than the going rate for attorney services for traffic tickets in the Albany area AND you like to be on the receiving end of gratuitous combative behavior.

I hardly ever write reviews; however, the remarkably unprofessional behavior I encountered interfacing with Jobin Joseph, the managing attorney at Rosenblum Law, warrants my time.

I called Rosenblum law firm this past Monday to discuss two traffic tickets i recently received (simultaneously). Mr. Joseph informed me that he was running a “Cyber Monday” special and I could receive $100 of the normal $899 for his representation concerning the specific traffic tickets. At that point I did not know that even the “cyber Monday” discounted fee was excessively high (43% and 37% higher than the two other law firms I called) as this was the first of three firms I called to discuss my tickets and estimates for services.

Mr Joseph explained what services I would receive for his representation concerning my traffic tickets which included “court appearances” and “negotiations with Albany district attorney’s office”. I’m addition , he also guaranteed a “ good outcome “.

When asked what was the general “historical” outcome for him in reducing traffic tickets similar to mine ( clean driving record, Albany city court , etc ) Mr Joseph responded that he felt he could get the 9 points reduced to 5. I verbalized my disappointment of only a 4 point reduction and said that it did not seem like “ good outcome” to me. In response Mr Joseph became combative and yelled “ I said at least”. Although I did not hear Mr Joseph’s qualifying words “ at least “ his combative and remarkably unprofessional is unprecedented. Mr Joseph continued with more combative behavior : yelling “ I can’t guarantee a specific outcome” even though I never asked him to.

To make matters worse for Rosenblum Law firm, I found out through subsequent calls to two other law firms that attorneys hardly ever need to show up at court for matters pertaining to traffic tickets in Albany as well as that attorneys do NOT negotiate with Albany DAs office ( rather the Albany Corporation Council)

The rather interesting aspect of this is that I received two unsolicited emails and one text from Mr Joseph subsequent his unhinged behavior trying to sell me his services. This firm must be pretty hard up for Clients

Back in May the traffic PD was on fishing expedition for tickets. Just received word that my June speeding ticket with 4 points has been reduced to a parking ticket with zero points.

Was heading to RI from PA for a vacation. Wanted to avoid GWB so traveled via 287. Was concentrating on directions, realized I was in an incorrect lane. I did speed up to merge but cop claimed he clocked me at 64. Radar I passed (in construction zone) showed 42. Unfortunately, I was flustered and forgot to mention that fact. Thought he would give me a warning since I had a clean driving record. That didn’t happen.

It still cost me a bunch of money but the reduction in points was what I was hoping for so my insurance wouldn’t increase.

I was surprised it took this long to resolve (actually was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed) but each time I contacted Rosenblum for an update, I received an immediate response. And of course they had all these positive reviews. Glad I contacted them.
