I retained this firm a few years ago-maybe 2013. Since my very 1st meeting I was very happy. I had quite a few work related cases that were open and needed to be closed. So I was nervous that they wouldn’t feel comfortable picking up my old cases.
But “NOPE” to my surprise that took control immediately without any judgement.
They were very informative and let me know exactly what was going on and what was going to happen before each and every court date. I live upstate so they always tried to have my cases heard in the white plains office. I definitely recommend this law firm to anyone looking for honest and patient lawyers. Deplorable responses time, incompetent and untrustworthy. From day one I had a feeling they were going to be an issue. They mixed up my paperwork with another clients and gave it to me. I had his social security number, address medical claim information, etc. When I sat down with one of their lawyers they said that I definitely have a case they then recommended specific doctors that should go to. I went to get medical treatment for several months and never received phone calls back from the law offices when asking how the claim was going. I was never called or emailed with an update, I was always the one to initiate. Finally I was sent a letter in the mail saying that I was no longer a client. I called and asked for my records and still have yet to receive them. Don't waste your time with this firm. A bunch of predators waiting to make 15% on another honest persons work.

Hello! Here I am again, making a complaint of the lousy service provided by this firm! The first time I wrote my complaint, they immediately called me and attended to all my requests, suggesting that I should delete my review, I’m here again, without information about my case, nobody absolutely anyone is available to answer my calls, I leave messages to my lawyer's assistant (Vanessa) but apparently she does not know how to check the messages or as simple as they are not interested in returning the call, my case turned out to be a complete disaster, it never had supervision and now they do not know how to carry it forward , definitely and to conclude you should be more responsible with all your customers, remember you keep a part of our money! nothing is free.

I always have the best experience here, they treat me like family and always get me the best deals. I 100% recommend!!!

Went in and reach Micheal Levitz for an an accident i had on June 17, 2018. He told me i have a good case and i did the necessary paper work. After that i was called in a few times to discuss the progress of the case. He explained that the office is getting the necessary document and paper work collected and filed and things are going in the right direction. On March 8, 2019 i received a letter from him stating that he can no longer represent me and for me to contact other attorneys. After nearly 9 months this guy is now telling me to see other attorneys.
Keep away from Micheal Levitz, he is not to be trusted.
