I would give 0 if i can. contact with the firm based on the google review. the attorney called frances garfinkel responded quickly at first, and told to give an answer within a month to take a lawsuit or not (as the case will expire within two months), so signed the retainer. but after singing the retainer, she never worked on it for more than two months and never answered calls or call me back. two month later learned from assistant she had not started yet, as a document I have not signed which should be done the first day, also she refuse to gave her phone no. each time sending email she was telling to give an answer or saying to call 'tomorrow', 'next week', 'afternoon,', but never happened. make the statue expire!! AVOID THIS FIRM IF ASAP! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR RESPONSIBLE!
