I am writing this review to show my gratitude for the work Jason Rubin and his Firm did in regards to my case. I can honestly say I have never encountered any lawyer/ firm more dedicated to providing the upmost care and attention to my very needs. Jason never took his eyes off the goal and always kept me well informed to every move the Firm made and every move made by the opposing party. Never once did I feel negated or left in the dark. Yes, I was a client but I can truly say I was respected and treated with such great sensitivity due to the nature of my case. A simple “Hey how are you feeling” before entering into the politics of my case always made me feel cared for and definitely showed great character on their part.
Jason and his firm fought diligently to win my case always considering my opinion, wishes and needs. They never gave less than 110 percent, taking no days off and leaving no stone unturned. I called and spoke with an attorney over there a month ago. She was the most kindness and sympathetic attorney Ive ever spoken to. I owned a medical billing company, ran several offices for 20+ years. I worked with lots of law firms for No Fault and Workers comp cases. Hands down, one of the best attorneys who treated me like a human being!
Ive been very ill for a while due to hospital negligence and botched surgeries. She encourage me to keep on fighting and I will!

I am not a client of this law firm but potential clients should know how careless they operate. If you are the plaintiff and your case is stalled maybe its because this law firm doesn't care about accuracy or details but instead uses "throw it and see if it sticks" methods. Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro & Halperin LLP are seeking medical records from Comprehensive Geriatric Medicine, a practice in Brooklyn operating under a DBA. Since June they have sent 2 medical record requests addressed to Comprehensive Geriatric Medicine to the address of Comprehensive Geriatric Care, my practice in Manhattan. I can't open the envelope because its not addressed to me. I am now returning the sealed envelope for the second time with a colorful, critical, attention grabbing note explicating stating that they have an entity-address mismatch. In effect, instead of using state corporate or NPI databases, they have short cut the fact that they can't find Comprehensive Geriatric Medicine on Google due to the DBA so what the heck, send it to the next similar sounding medical practice. Details matter in the law, that's my assumption when hiring an attorney.

This is the very best Law Firm in New York at 420 Lexington Ave NY, NY the Law Firm is located on the 27th floor, and they a known for the Large settlements of Personal Injury cases, they just settled a case for 11 million dollars yesterday, I'm the case manager for my Law Firm, but always refer my big cases to them,,

Thank you to the amazing attorneys at Wingate Russotti Shapiro & Halperin LLP. I had tripped on a cracked sidewalk a few years ago and suffered bad facial bruising and a broken nose.
