Our history and an update review: 2017

Mr.Jim Lynch personally handled a 2004 Malpractice case for me, A Malpractice case which had an outstanding outcome in 2010. The Firm also represented My Mother with a Workers compensation case AGAIN an outstanding outcome. Now keep in mind it has been over 2 years since my last contact with Mr. Jim Lynch. I had a very uncomfortable situation ”March 2017” occur to me which had me questioning my rights so much so I called the Lynch Law Firm. Mr. Jim Lynch upon calling me back not only remembered me but also inquired about my mom. It has been 2.5 years since the day of my accident. And now, looking back, I realize that if it wouldn’t be for incredible job of Brian Held and his team, I would, probably, not be alive today to write this...
They worked on my case not stop, digging out new details, fighting stubborn insurance companies and, myriad doctor offices, and most importantly, made incredible effort to make miracle surgery on my spine a reality.

I cannot sing high enough praises of Brian Held, Arthur Lynch and the entire Lynch Law Firm team. I was injured in a pedestrian accident in June, 2017 and on the recommendation of a friend, contacted Brian Held. Brian immediately came to the hospital and assured my wife and me that they would do much more than seek accident damages. They would ensure that all billing, details and contact with my insurance company would be cared for by the firm. Having never had such an experience, I did not know what to expect. Over a two and half year period from accident to settlement, no detail was overlooked. The firm remained in constant contact and no question was deemed to be so insignificant as not to be worthy of an immediate response. I learned very quickly that insurance companies try to deny coverage and punt it to health insurance, which in turn denies because it was accident related. The Lynch billing people fixed it. I learned that health insurance can make mistakes and providers(hospitals, doctors, etc) make mistakes in billing. And they fixed those as well. After very difficult negotiations with the defendant's insurance company but well before going to trial, Brian secured a very favorable settlement-- far beyond what insurance originally offered and beyond my minimalist expectations. For courtesy, honesty, attention to detail, concern for client and sense of fairness, Lynch Law Firm has no equal.

I’m eternally grateful to Brian Held and his paralegal Sasha Guerra for their tireless resolve and incredible patience in seeing my case through. The worst experience I've had with a law firm. I was recommended by a family friend who hired Lynch Law Firm many years ago. The first consultation went great they gift you with mugs and paperwork... really making you feel like you have someone on your side. As soon as I left the office everything went downhill. I hired Lynch law firm because I was in car accident and as you know you have to contact your car insurance immediately, being that i hired an attorney i couldn't speak with my insurance directly. One week went passed from our first sit down so i called the lawyers office and the paralegal didn't send my insurance any pictures of my car or even have yet spoken to them yet. 2 weeks pass by i have no update on my case so i call again, they informed me the paralegal working on my case is no longer working there so now i have a new paralegal on my case. Another week passes by no update. I call again and for the SECOND time they told me they haven't spoke to or sent any pictures to my car insurance because once again there is a new paralegal on my case. Now a month passes by and my insurance faults me for the accident because they didn't receive any pictures on my end or any statements on my end. I was so disappointed because i expected the lawyers to be on top of something they should have been. I had to pay the price of being faulted by my insurance in a accident because no information was sent on my behalf. Once my insurance informed the lawyers of that, the lawyers office than sent me a letter saying they will no longer represent me because i'm at fault for the accident! when were they even representing me !? they let my paperwork sit on their desk and collect dust when i could have been speaking to my insurance myself and avoided being at fault for an accident from which i was hit from behind! I truly think they take on more cases than they should!
