I use this app to navigate. I which I used it to check up before making verbal commitments to this lawyer and other supossed "professionals"

The Saga. I was referred to these people by another law firm who didn't handle complex elder guardianship cases. They came highly recommended. I was pressed for time. (Never be pressed for time when dealing with lawyers). I explained my situation in great detail. I needed representation for a court matter on 11.15.19. They agreed and told me to bring $300 cash retainer. Hmmm cash? That should have set offf alarms.

I met with the attorney. He was late! He seems professional and caring. In the end, he would send me his retainer fee. I thought I heard xxx.xx. Two weeks later I get the contract via snail mail. It was x,xxx.xx. I called his office to ask questions. No answer. I called again. Jenn was on vacation. In the meantime, I secured the funds. Days later, I received an email stating non-engagement. They dropped me and left me hanging. No explanation. Apparently, they never wanted to take my case, its just a cash grab. So now we go to the Bar Association to find a real lawyer, who isn't just interested in funding his vacation. I guess this is why they only deal in cash. Lawyers use to be reputable. Now you have to check-up on even them. BBB, Bar Association and of course Google reviews.

Thanks for ripping me off guys. I'm just trying to care for my elderly sick mother. Don't you people have mothers? You are heartless Hacks!

Daniel handled my mom's power of attorney. living will, and my sister's nursing home documents expertly. He saved us a nightmare and gave great advice. He knows elder law in and out.

This lawyer has mishandled. My family . He has refused to tell us about our mothers' finances . He doesn't answer phone calls . He doesn't give you any information . He doesn't file required court documents . My mom is extremely unhappy with him as her guardian . He almost never checks on her . He just dumped her in a lousy assisted living place . Think twice before hiring this man .
