They weren't helpful for me.... I know everyone thinks its cool to talk about listening to women who are victims of violence but in my experience this place doesn't actually do that. Though they have a lot of good reviews in my experience they didn't believe me & didn't actually listen to me & didn't acknowledge my experiences & left me alone in a really bad situation.

as always, the place was packed with folks looking (quite successfully) for a good read. the staff there know what they're doing and will let you know exactly where to find what your looking for, if they don't actually put the book in hand (which they actually do!). and as usual, i not only got what i came for, but couldn't resist a few others, so i'm assured at least a week of good reads!!! DO NOT pass this place by; if you love books, you belong here!!!

The intake wasn't taken by the person that is gonna take my case but the lady that did the intake. N. Isabelle Figaro was very friendly nice and she took time to listen to me talk which was nice. I felt comfortable talking with her. Now I have to meet the person that's gonna take my case. I'll give you my final review with the person that's gonna take my case after my case is finalize.

They saved my home. I love them so much. They are not afraid to go up against the big guys on behalf of the underdog!!! No case too big or small.
