Miss Heather Armijo is very unprofessional!!! I waited a month with the impression that evening evening was in transmission but in reality everything was on hold. She didn't bother to call or send any notice and update me on my status!!! Her excuse was I'm not the only customer and that she was on vacation for a week!!!
