My child is suffering neglect, hunger, emotional/verbal and sometimes physical abuse by her dad and his gf and even though my child complains to acs her therapist and her assigned lawyer NOTHING is being done about it!! I filed 3 motions! Still nothing!!! My child is scared and i fear for her safety yet family court still allows unsupervised overnight visits! he is our domestic violence abuser and even that fact doesn't help for my childs safety! NO JUSTICE!!!!!! HELP MY CHILD AND STOP PUTTING HER IN DANGER!!!

Quick clean and helpful. Have been here several times always the same. Easy to get to from the train or bus and in my opinion if you don't want to pay for parking is your best bet.

I'm very scared of my child's attorney Dawn Post. She has manipulated testimonies and painted me to be mentally unstable only after addressing relevant concerns. She has sided with my ex for whom I have an order protection against. I have endured years of abuse from ex and now I'm being discredited based on Ms Post who does not have my child best interest in mind. Be very careful! KNOW your rights; keep records, recordings, emails SAFE and keep in contact with news and state officials if you feel like your rights as a parent have been violated.

Be very careful with the attorneys ..fortunately I’m a good mother because the attorney my child was appointed Kept only certain parts of their interview and shared that may indicate he would be open to living with his grandmother or prefer to live with his grandmother which is like ..What kid doesn’t love their Grandma. I’m extremely protective if he showed any ill doing on her behalf he wouldn’t have contact . But they kinda force the kid to appear as he has un natural feelings like considering grandma over mom. So keep your eyes open if u see shade start gathering some light keep News & media aware if need be.

I cannot say enough about the people at The Children's Law Center. These are dedicated, knowledgeable people with a mandate to do what's best for a child and a passion for their profession.

Remember, they work for the CHILD, not the parents. You need to understand that they are trying to find the best resolution for the child and are not litigating the parents' issues.

This is a very dangerous and corrupt organization. Its only interest is to church cases as long as it can, to secure more and more funding from NY State to pay its bigoted and malicious attorneys. Under no circumstances, allow your child to be represented by the CLC.

Great lawyers to work with

There is a children's play center, it could be cleaner but it's okay. Make sure the children's lawyers aren't multitasking when attending them.
