Would highly recommend using Mr. Alpert. I was recommended him by a family friend. His staff members are very friendly and always responded in a timely manner to my emails or answered when I called. I got a ticket for trying to be responsible and drive someone’s car since they were in no condition to be operating a vehicle and unfortunately got rear ended by another person on the road. He got my ticket dismissed and my $40 bond refunded. Seems like they’re not interested in new clients. First of all, they never answered the phone. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. In addition when I asked to come in person I was told he wouldn’t be in today at all but when my brother calls he’s able to be seen that same day. He definitely does not care about his clients, it’s all about the money for him. I had a few friends warn me beforehand but I took the google reviews into consideration and he was closer to my location. There are far better lawyers in the city.

RIP-OFF!!!He charges $460 for 1 hearing or $750 for 2 hearings. Didn’t ask if I was actually speaking On the phone when I received one of the tickets for holding my cell while driving. So I went to the DMV about something else and on the way out dropped by the office of some attorneys AT the Whitestone DMV. Not only were they much friendlier than mr. Alpert but they asked the questions, for example- if I was actually speaking on the phone or just holding it. When I responded that I was only holding it I was told to get the phone records for that month and call them a week before the 2!hearings for three different tickets. And they will be charging $300 for both hearings-$450 LESS than Mr. Alpert!!!! He’s a rip-off!!!
