This place is absolutely a fake! The moment they speak to you and ask you about your case and meet with you is amazing and flowers and unicorns... however, the moment you start asking questions, calling to show concerns and inquire about money and updates- you get nasty receptionists or whoever answers the phone, a nasty attitude from Genie or Jeanie however her name is spelled and the actual attorney M. Rosen never is around and doesn’t call back. Today the attorney magically got on the phone to take my call and had the audacity to say he felt weary taking on a second case because I am impatient. Disgusting in and out. Stay away, far away from this joke of a business. I will assure I tell everyone what a horrible experience I had. Please don’t be fooled with how nice they appear the first initial conversation or meeting you have- it all goes downhill from there. I was literally dismissed and his poor excuse was I was impatient and expectations were unrealistic and his staff felt that I was speaking to them inappropriately. Well guess what?? Yes I have a right to ask questions and question your work. Your job is to deal and handle people like me. Maybe they shouldn’t be in business and chose a different career path. Horrible place people stay away!!!

A year and a half ago I was referred to Polsky, Shouldice and Rosen, P.C I was told to contact Adam Rosen and not to worry because I would be treated like family. Those words were absolutely true. I received an incredibly warm welcome and immediately had any concerns put at ease. I received a fair, honest and transparent view of my case. To have a question answered is simply a phone call away and knowing that I wasn’t just a number put my mind at ease throughout this entire process. I would absolutely recommend this group to everyone.

The WORST, WORST, customer service EVER. The receptionist are rude. The lawyers doesn't call back. I never been so disappointed with a law firm. My case guess doesn't matter to them at all. I've been waiting for a year for Mr.LESJARMOL to call me back. The receptionist Ms.Gillian, Ms.Jen, Ms.Roseanne and others always claim his in court or conference call. I left messages after messages. No response. Please beware. DO NOT GO TO THIS firm. They don't care about how you feel. MR.LESJARMOL is the worst attorney.

This firm handled my Workman Comp case and has been helpful when needed. Les is the one that helped me finish out my case and he was great, very professional and helpful. I would recommend keeping on top of your case though, do not rely on these guys to do everything.

My uncle was aided by the lawyer Les Jarmol at this office and he was beyond phenomenal. He did a workers compensation case and I got the best turnout ever. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped throughout the case, with great communication skills and helped keep me informed throughout. Les Jarmol was also very patient and I would recommend him to anyone anytime, we had to travel over a half an over drive to get here but it was definitely worth it. If anybody every needs an attorney, reach out to Les Jarmol. When you are hurt, this safety, security and as well connection with your lawyer is key and it really seemed like he was concerned with the injured patient and not just his own benefit. Having trust in your lawyer is very important and throughout, he was definitely a step ahead, knowledgeable about everything, and kept me well informed.

Don't go to these guys if you want good Workers Compensation lawyers. They don't care and don't seem to want to help their clients. I dealt with Mark Polsky. When I met him he seemed interested only in signing papers to represent me. This man never returns phone calls. I had a friend who used him and said the same thing. Mark never helped me in court when I was hurt. The insurance company got away with stopping paying me. He did nothing and looked bored in court. He only called me when a low ball offer came in to settle from the insurance company, so he could get paid his cut. He was sarcastic answering questions. Now I know it was a bad offer that I should not have signed and Mark should have known this.
