Yes,tickets I did get; Cell phone, Wrong
turn lane,Bus lane,Failure to yield pedestrian.
Since moving to New Mexico. I thought
the task of getting these tickets resolved would be difficult. "Surprisingly Not"
I can't "Thank"Jeffrey Levine and the
Firm of Waxman & Beer "Enough " for
handling each summons on my behalf.
With minimal points & fines. Also was
Impressed with fees charged to handle
each summons. Thank You again!!!
Than why in the world there charging high fees when they can’t give enough info.
“you just relax no more worries”
The customer care representative so rude of his speaking style and he has rushed with speaking...I was upset and changed my mind...
Please hire someone who knows basic manner to continue your goodwill...thanks.
Secondly, service wise, this guy is the real deal!
You can't find a better attorney within NYC (excluding Staten Island). He does his best and his best is the best in the city. There's obviously no guarantee and he makes that clear from the beginning but his odds are better than any other attorney you'll find.
Keeps you updated with your case. When dismissed, he sends a nice letter in the mail which can brighten the worst of days, especially if it was a 5 point ticket.
Go with Jeff, you won't regret it
VERY RESPONSIBLE Highly recommended for everyone.
You never lose with Jeffrey

It was an awesome experience !!!
I had a job offer outside the U.S so I had to be out of country for a long time.
Mr. Levine went to the court as my representative and he won my TVB case.
No further action was needed afterwards.
I am very appreciate his support and also very happy about the result !
I would like to recommend him to my friends if they deal with the same law issue as me in the future.
I paid this guy $350 for three tickets and told his assistant I have a receipt for one of them (not signalling lane change) and clear proof for another (illegal u-turn, but there's no double-solid line at that spot). To which she responded "HE WILL CALL YOU TO GET THE FACTS".
A few days before the hearing, I got a letter basically saying I don't need to show up. Based on how good this lawyer is supposed to be and my knowledge that 2 out of 3 tickets are easy, to me that meant "I got this, don't worry".
Well, today I found out that only the u-turn ticket was dismissed and it was my fault (according to J.Levine himself, who did just call me back) that I did not follow up on that first day promise in CAPS. But I am a professional as well(Certified Public Accountant) and when my client pays me for services and I promise to call back, I do call back. I DO NOT FACE AUTHORITIES ON BEHALF OF CLIENT WITH NO CLUE OF THE FACTS.
