I was recently involved in an auto accident and made a couple poor decisions which resulted in a probable misdemeanor criminal charge. First I must say that Mark is the man! I had a complicated DV case in Fairfield county and made the mistake of retaining Alan Friedman. A month or so into the case and hearing not such great things about Alan as well as all the negative things out his mouth directly to me I decided I need to consult with a different attorney. I was impressed with Mark’s reviews and called his office. Immediately I was connected with mark who heard me out and offered options.
For starters he was able to get a rearrest order that held an additional bond increase lifted off my head this clearing my fugitive statice. Without getting into particulars of my case Mark managed to get BOTH cases dismissed and cleared. We weren’t expecting such fantastic results but Mark assured me we would get a favorable deal that I would have accepted.

I called a hand full of lawyers when I found myself in hot water over something that was completely by accident. Mark Sherman called me directly himself early the very next morning - it was late when I left him a message so this is to be expected. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him so quickly - the others mostly blew off my call and did not call me back. This was a feather in Marks hat, so +1 for quick responses.

Mark had me come to his office to explain all the details. Over a period of a year and a couple of months, Mark systematically broke everything down and worked on each piece of my case, dismantling the opposition as he went. Mark is an extremely competent lawyer, and has a vast pool of knowledge to draw from if he is unsure of anything - his father is a lawyer with a firm, and he has his own firm with a lot of competent lawyers working for him, and with him on all cases.

In July 2018 I was implicated in a scam and falsely accused of something I didn't do. In a million years I never thought I would be in the position of having to hire a criminal attorney.
