Do not use this lawyer. We wrote up a will and a trust with this lawyer years ago for my father.

When the trust had to be reviewed, after my father's death, it was incorrectly done and my father's house was completely unprotected all those years due to this man's actions.

It was never filed with Suffolk County properly.

We paid him over $1000 all those years ago for nothing. The original will could not be recovered. He did not keep a copy. The trust was not completed properly as stated. We had to go into probate with a new lawyer who contacted him for help and information. Hoffman gave him no assistance. We had to spend thousands more in the process to correct the situations.

Please if I can spare anyone from a fiasco like this again, I will have done my civic duty
