I got Attorney Patel in regards to my divorce. There were a lot of complications due to my children being involved as well as the other side being so shrewd with the negotiations. The whole situation was a mess until I retained Rashmi. She fought for me and what I wanted and deserved. We had to go to trial and it was a lengthy 2 week trial that took place. Somehow Attorney Patel got me a deal I never imagined of getting, it was better than I thought it could ever have been. I will never make the mistake of marrying once again but if you have and need a divorce attorney then look no further. She took care of all my problems and gave me her 100%.

They did my immigration process and there were a few issues but Attorney Patel and her team were able to overcome the issues in my case. Attorney Patel helped me through my divorce. Unfortunately, my ex-husband and I didn't agree on much, but Attorney Patel fought for me. She kept the children in mind, and was very straight forward in terms of what I should expect throughout the process. She has no idea what to do with immigration law, the worst lawyer I've ever worked with, I do not know who is writing good reviews, I think she pays people for these reviews or friends, I lost a few good years with her and several thousand dollars I was almost deported .She send my appeal in 2012 recive denied because was send after deadline and never told me about when I asked her is there anything new in my case always was saying is pending and that was till 2017. now my new lawyer cleans up after her mess.

I had been with an attorney for the 3 years prior to hiring Attorney Patel. My prior attorney had 40+ years experience in dealing with immigration cases but never showed any compassion towards my case or my particular situation; With all her years of experience, and after spending money on my case, she eventually told me that she could no longer help me and refused to show any other options. She basically case me my file back and told me just to stay in America with no legal options. I was scared and disappointed. I was very disappointed because I had put so much money into this, and even with the approvals of all the waivers i was told there is nothing that can be done. I then went to Attorney Rashmi Patel. She was a guiding light in which she said we can try the option on consular processing with a 212 waiver. The Consulate sent an interview notice to me to prepare for my interview. I was so scared. But Rashmi and Her assistant, karen, is an angel, prepared me and everything i will need to make sure my interview went well and i will return. They communicated with me while i was Honduras, Rashmi communicated with the Immigration Officer to ensure that they had all the necessary approvals and paperwork and finally they approved my interview. After being here 19 years, I am a Legal Permanent Resident. All because of Rashmi and her amazing staff!!!!!

Rashmi and her staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. We would have questions and would get immediate responses on nights, weekends, etc. The team around her (Karen, Jaipaul, etc) were all top-notch. Things took a bit longer than expected, but that is completely due to the administration currently in place so keep your expectations in line with regards to timeliness- however Rashmi and her team will keep you posted with updates and clear expectations.

A complete disappointment. I don't recommend her to anyone. My family and I were treated with the upmost disrespect even while we paided her a good amount of money. She was very nonchalant, non caring, instead of focusing on her client she was more so focused on other issues. She doesn't know what she's doing as an immgritation lawyer. I have never experienced a more unprepared, disorganized, and incompetent professional. Her practices are far from ethical and I would highly recommend never using her. Once paid in full, we never heard from her. We received information on our judgement via a different attorney... judgement was 3 weeks ago and Rashmi has yet to make an attempt to contact us. We have had to retain a new attorney to appeal this judgement as well as file a grievance... even the immigration judge and district attorney voiced disbelief in the way this attorney handled our case.
Steer clear. I promise, she will not work for your best interest.

I paid more then $100 dollars for an initial consultation for a green card case. She was very rude and not attentive at all. Never coming back and I don't recommend
