David Martin is one of the best family lawyers I have met, since day one he was straight up about my custody case, he brought my son back from Utah with in weeks. Do not hire this "lawyer" unless you want to lose your case. Make sure you also check your bills. He will charge you for his mistakes. I am not going to pay him $800 worth of phone calls and emails for him not being able to make it to court on the schedule court date. He should pay for his own mistakes. I am still in shock.

This man David Martin needs to be in jail for helping frame his own client Mr Kwame Winston. This man David Martin never told Mr Kwame Winston he was taking a Plea, for "Training Dogs To Fight Wild Hogs." All he wants is your money.

David Martin will tell you what you want to hear just to take your money and then won't return your calls or have his assistant call you. Don't waste your money on him. Find a better lawyer.

This is the worst lawyer I have ever came across in my life. I hired him to file for an emergency hearing in November 2016, and its now April 2017, and still no hearing. Now I have to sue him for my money back.I still can't believe he's an attorney. You're better off representing yourself. He comes to court unprepared and doesn't know anything about the case. I will make a blog just for him, with all the outrageous charges of all the unsolicited emails and phone calls that his secretary makes for him, and he charges his rate of $400 an hour. I have been charged thousands of dollars in just emails and phone calls. No lawyer respects him in courts. I would give him a zero but it won't allow me

After having had two disastrously useless attorneys, I was fortunate to become a client of Mr. Martin.
