Attorney Fouche set forth the guidelines with an immediate Stipulation ( I think that's what they call it) and we worked out the finer points at one court appearance and my case was finished. From beginning to end it literally took 8 months. I attribute much of that to Mrs Fouche's no nonsense approach to my case. I paid a reasonable amount of child support and we split up our assets and moved on with our lives. Thank you so much for your hard work Mrs. Fouche. I am so much happier now without the stress of my past life.

I made the mistake of hiring Camille as my lawyer and realized it after a couple of weeks which I then decided to fire her right away. She was unprofessional and in my opinion lacked experience. She overcharges and refused to pay my remaining balance back knowing that I have not used all my retainer in such a short amount of time for all we did was phone conversations and one office conference which she also managed to over-bill me. When I called to confront her, all I got from her was her saying "I don't care." Good thing is I have evidence to prove that she is a liar and I will be reporting her to BBB and the Bar for her lack of ethics. If you're looking to hire a lawyer, you should definitely stay away from this one. She will not help you and will only make your case worse so she can take more time and dig more money out of you.
