This firm got the job done for me. Everyone is apprehensive but especially when you're sick and you need help. That's not the time to fool around. They have a whole staff to check the case. I didn't knowing anyone, or from any from a prior reference. They filed the papers. I went to the doctors and won. Not every case is this easy. The Reason for three stars is because My first experience with the Brooklyn kings highway office was thee worst.
They took on my case, but never received follow up calls.every time I called to speak to my paralegal she was always busy, didn’t get back to me,sent me to voice mail and gave me misguided information.
The office supervisor wasn’t any better.
I felt lost and started to do my own foot work and get answers. When I learned that I could switch attorneys and decided to do so one of the paralegals from another office promised me he would close my case and be of assistance anytime I needed. I'm a client in an ongoing case, and I have to commend a particular Paralegal at your firm, Mr. Thomas Biniakewitz. I had been dealing with an issue of Workers' Compensation not approving the release of my prescription medication. The medication was due to be ready the weekend of June 8th; however, the pharmacy stated that they never received the sanction from Workers' Comp. to fill the prescription. I made attempts to call the office to have them intervene on my behalf, but all they would tell me is that they were receiving no answer from Workers Comp. I'm in a great deal of pain and awaiting two surgeries, so as the week progressed, and the prescription was still not filled, I became worried that the pain medication that I need was going to run out. Finally on Friday, June 14th, I spoke to Mr. Thomas Biniakewitz, and he assured me that he would solve my problem. No more than twenty minutes later did he call me back to inform me the issue was resolved to my great relief. I can't praise Mr.Thomas Biniakewitz enough for his efficiency in this matter.
