I give no stars. Called to ask for consultation got the receptionist. receptionist said she does not do student loans. Called back again the attorney natasha answered and acted like she was the receptionist. It says they do student loans on there website. If your not doing student loans then take it off your website. very misleading. Doesn't say much about the firm or the lawyer. She was very rude and fake. just found a very good top lawyer who actually cares. Its more money but I would rather pay the money knowing I have a great caring lawyer then go with a firm with snippy, not caring fake lawyers that smile in your face and act like they are better than you. I came for a consultation with Natasha last year. After numerous consultations with attorneys, I discovered her advice was exactly opposite what needed to be recommended, and totally incorrect for my bankruptcy case. I didn't find her to show that much clarity to me in my difficult situation, nor did she give any helpful reassurance to me in a very challenging time. She also expected a huge retainer up front to even begin my case. I ended up handling all my bankruptcy case fees for less money than her retainer with the advice of a much more knowledgable attorney. I found her attitude to be negative, borderline rude, and not helpful or positive at all. I was able to smoothly resolve all my debts within a matter of months as well with a better firm and a more understanding, caring lawyer. Perhaps for simple cases she would be fine, but I didn't feel like she was looking out for my best interest at all. I don't normally write bad reviews but I felt like it was warranted in my case because of how serious bankruptcy is for people's lives and the great impact it can have on them.
