Horrible experience they do not keep you up to date. I was told I was a double dipper and the lady was extremely rude to me for assuming This after expressing I was not getting ANYTHING. They honestly do not care about you if you don’t call they won’t call you. Then A lot of your question are answered with you figure it out on your own. Worse experience ever don’t waste your time

In the beginning i would have recommended this firm. Now i have to say look elsewhere. I made sure they were up to date on all my husbands surgical records, dr. Updates, what his accident attorneys updates were etc. I sent them everything they ever needed to make my husbands SSD case complete. As soon as they saw a roadblock after his hearing they have put us on the pay no mind, return no calls list. They will not fight for you. We received a letter in late August, early September of 2018 & after me calling there MANY MANY times, never getting Ms. Guzman to call us back, speaking with someone named Jose, who never helped me, we are now past any appeal time or other advice & are left in the wind with NO ANSWERS OR HELP. Bottom line, they saw no money & left us.

Terrible service takes ages just to get someone to answer the phone. Was on hold 8 hours someone finally answered the phone to tell me call back tomorrow that there closed.

Absolutely worst law firm. Completely out dated. Office team is way to small and disorganized. Like the others said CANNOT get a return call after leaving voicemails or even an email back.There is never staff available to answer questions either. Attorneys are ancient and look older than dinosaurs. They do as little work as possible and are quick to rush you out as if they are to busy or lack enough knowledge. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Staff is very rude in person and over the phone. Nicole is the worst receptionist and the attorney Mike looks like a more frail version of the Simpsons Mr. burns. Office managers should.be ashamed and so should the rest of the staff personnel. I would be embarrassed to be represented by this legal team.

Worst law firm I have ever dealt with! Never answered or returned calls. When they wanted my business they were great, after they got it they were the worst. If you decide to use them, good luck.
