What I can state is the following: 1. I repeatedly offered for you to come to the office to discuss and review you file and case. You declined every invitation to do so. 2. I never charged you for any of my time or expenses incurred on your behalf. I took absolutely no money from you despite spending money on your behalf. 3. When I declined to file a lawsuit on your behalf, it was based upon my professional judgment. I returned your entire file to you with ample time to located a new lawyer if you wished to pursue your claims. 4. I am prohibited from discussing the reasons that I rejected your case due to attorney-client privilege, which I mentioned above, but should you choose to waive it, then I would be glad to explain online, as I have already done so to you in writing. 5. I care about my clients and hate to reject a case. I am in business to help people who need representation and I am sorry that you had a negative experience. Jason really cares about his clients. I’ve always felt that I was in great hands. He has handled real estate and personal injury for me and has been Amazing. Thank you.
HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, HORRIBLE SERVICE , HAD MY CASE FOR OVER 1 YR AND A HALF DID NOTHING WITH IT MY MEDICAL BILLS GOT SENT TO COLLECTIONS, HAD TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO RESOLVE IT AND ALL THE LAW OFFICE DID WAS BLAME THE PARALEGAL WHO WAS HANDLING MY CASE AND BAD MOUTH HER. DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. JASON A GREENBERG IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. NO WONDER WHY EVERY TIME I CALLED THERE WAS A NEW EMPLOYEE WORKING, THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
