Best attorney in town

We met with Attorney Sarah Dyer. My husband is disabled, and denied by Social Security, and we were referred to her as a possible resource to help.

Unfortunately she wasn't able to help with our situation, but the information she gave us was helpful in understanding why. It's not a negative reflection of her at all. She explained how the law is written, and how our situation falls just outside of what's legally permissible for him to collect benefits.

For several years we've been going back and forth with SSA, and consulting other attorneys who did nothing to help us. In the meeting we had with her, she gave us more information than we received since my husband became disabled. We greatly appreciated her consideration, and honesty.

Phil is my attorney and my case is still open but his staff is always polite and helpful, of course if your rude to someone you might be treated as such .

Great place super friendly Sara is awesome

The professionalism demonstrated by this office is laughable. My spouse was trying to be seen by the paraprofessional Sara Dyer and was not getting a return phone call, he went to the office and was treated poorly so he of course was agitated and vocal. When I called, I was told by Sara Dyer that we were not welcome there and when I asked what her credentials were she told it me it was none of my concern and hung up on me.
Phil Studenberg should hire staff that is willing to work with his agenda of keeping business local because with shoddy customer service, it is worth the drive to be treated favorably.
Anyone wishing to seek the assistance from this organization, I would highly recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.

I am in New York and this Attorney from what I understand has no clue what they are doing. If you have another option, TAKE IT!

What a joke!!!! Tried for over a year to have him do something that would take 10 minutes!!. Offered to pay good money , called , emailed every week. I guess if your not a court appointed client your not worth his time.. wouldn't ever recommend this office to anyone.
