Don't, I repeat don't use the plan he has to get you into a car after the bankruptcy because he will put you back into debt. His so called partner will sell you a car because he knows your hurting and overcharge you and then your stuck again and have no other choice but to file again or just take your loss and they wont help but put money in their pocket and im not the only person this has happened to with using them.

Earlier this year I was blindsided by two judgments from old medical debt. I was being garnished and it was making supporting my family nearly impossible. I did the only the thing I felt I could that’s search the web for a attorney for bankruptcy . I went with the first law firm that popped up which was a mistake the other firm made the process even more complicated and stressful then need be. Out of frustration I searched again and Stokes law in North Logan being Friday after 5 I knew his office would be closed so I used the option to email his office to set up a appointment for a consultation. I wasn’t expecting to get a call till Monday but I was blown away when I received a call from Ted Stokes not a para legal to set up a appointment. What a relief it was, the other law firm was nearly impossible to get ahold of even if I left a voicemail or email. But me stokes replied to my email on Friday evening after business hours very impressive. As I went to my appointment Mr. Stokes immediately put me at ease his level of professionalism and confidence in bankruptcy law helped me know I was going to get the help I need. What was scheduled as a consultation ended with a emergency filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Garnishments were stopped and pressure was lifted of my shoulders. What made me so happy I went with Mr. Stokes for my bankruptcy attorney was when I had go to the meeting of the creditors I was one of handful of Mr. Stokes clients there but he showed up ahead of time to pull each one of us out and talk to us real quick. There were some other people there as well who were represented by the law firm I first chose and the attorney was 20 minutes late. Ted worked a bankruptcy for me about 4 years ago. Late last year, unbeknownst to me, a default judgement was awarded to a creditor with whom I had been involved with prior to the date of discharge. I emailed Ted with my issue, our first communication in years, and he replied literally within minutes with the info I needed and proactively reached out to the creditor demanding the return of funds. Within just over a week, Ted had a check in hand for me and mailed it out promptly, no hassle and no fees! Most attorneys would assess a charge after such a duration.
