We needed assistance due to a dishonest landlord trying to take severe advantage of us. Ryan Holdaway was prompt in handling the situation so we did not have to deal with any repercussions that could have been caused by delays, and we were relieved of the drama of dealing directly with the landlord. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Not recommended. Initial consultation was ok, but poor follow up and not helpful. "In a consultation, you pay for our time and we don't have to give any advice" ?? They literally sent me a photocopy of the legal code and that was it.

I am amazed at the work of Diane Pitcher. She is one of the most competent and efficient people I have ever met. She handled both my very painful divorce and a difficult earnest money dispute. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she handled my divorced. She had in finalized in a few months and it really helped me in my healing process. Her prices are very fair and she really does go above and beyond for her clients. She is licensed in both Idaho and Utah and has a very impressive resume. This is the person you want to fight for you. I had a real estate deal that did not go through and the real estate agent tried to back out of the earnest money that was owed me. One well written letter from Ms. Pitcher and I had a call about the money that was owed me the following day. She is absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and especially the people that I care the most about. I trust her implicitly and if you are lucky enough to have her in your corner be grateful.

I needed a court order for an obscure legal reason and they dug in, did the research and got it taken care of beautifully.

I'm speechless. Diane and Ryan are hands down the best choice of attorneys in town. They are dedicated to Justice and put their heart and should in to defending it. If anyone out their needs a criminal defense attorney this is the firm for them. Reasonably priced for their services considering what they put into their cases and the turnouts. Very grateful.

I highly recommend attorney's, Pitcher & Holdaway. Diane was diligent and very understanding of my situation. I needed her knowledge with a family law issue and she was able to accommodate. The office staff also needs to be commended as they are all, very kind.

I had the best experience working with these guys! I got in to some trouble in Logan, but I live in Salt Lake City. Regardless of the distance, I was well communicated with and even though they were in the middle of switching secretaries, they worked with every one of my many emails/phone calls. Ryan Holdaway was the attorney on my case, and he did such a fantastic job. He took the time to sit down and talk with me every chance he got, and I never got the feeling he was too busy or that my case wasn't important to him. He's a very personable, relate-able, realistic person who never made empty promises or tried to over-charge me. In the end, standing in front of a judge is, and always will be nerve-wracking, but having Mr. Holdaway by my side gave me a great amount of confidence. He was able to get my charges reduced and I'm incredibly happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend these guys, both for price and quality of service.

I was taken back to court by my exwife to modify my divorce decree. We had divorced in Utah and my ex had moved to Preston Idaho during the last 8 years of our divorce. My ex sued me in Idaho without changing jurisdiction from Utah to Idaho. I had previously been working with a lawyer in Draper that did not know Idaho law. We had been given some information that was not correct that scared us in our chances to be able to fight. I reached out to many lawyers in the Cache Valley area. I sent them the request to modify to review the papers and set up appointments to discuss the case. I met with several lawyers however NONE had the level of experience that Diane had in both States. Quite frankly none had the level of confidence or the pair of balls that Diane has either. I don't know how else to put that but it was something that we desperately needed for our case. Diane initially called us at home at 9 pm to discuss our case and give my wife and I hope. I was so impressed with that. We hired her and she has worked with us on payments, her office has been great to work with, they are knowledgeable. They are busy as hell too, yet they will take the time to individualize your case. There have been multiple times where my wife and I have been discussing our case and our conversation has turned outside the case to personal matters and Diane is very careful not to charge us for those, which was extremely thoughtful because of the costs that are involved with every aspect of litigation. Diane held our hand and walked us through this very scary process every step of the way and had the confidence when we did not. We go to court on 1/30 to decide the fate of our custody with our children. I wanted to write this review regardless of the outcome of the case because win or lose we have found a genuine friend and respected lawyer in Diane Pitcher and Ryan Holdaway and I feel that is unusual in working with lawyers. I would recommend her to anyone and I already have. Give her a call and see what she can do. She is the warrior that we needed when we needed it most and I will forever be grateful to her.

I wanted to add a follow up that court went great. She sat down and prepared me and all of the witnesses so that it wasn't as scary and that we could answer when being cross examined. We won the details of our case and got our kids back in our lives like they should be. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Diane and Ryan both participate in court and they are an amazing team. I felt that they were so much better prepared than the other side and that they were more professional. We had 2 people working for us so each lawyer could focus on their roles and give it the focus that that portion of court needed.

Diane recently represented me in an alcohol related case brought against me by Logan City Police. I was satisfied with her professional service and the outcome. She was able to get the charge and fine significantly reduced.
Hopefully I won’t need Diane’s services again,
but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call her.
I recommend Diane Pitcher.

I have worked extensively with Diane over the years. I can say without reservation that she is an exceptional attorney. Her paperwork is well done, her attention to detail is impressive. She will tell it like it is, therefore you know where you stand, she doesn't give false, inflated rhetoric. She is honest and trustworthy. She has good judgment and her opinions are sound. She helps you understand the reality of your situation.
Diane does not do "assembly line", lackluster representation. Each client gets individual attention regarding the nuances of their case. She genuinely cares and is concerned for her clients.
Diane will advocate for you.

Diane is aboslutly fantastic to work with! She is an extremely talented Attorney! Diane was extremely thorough and gave my case the time it needed. She charged a fair flat rate so I didn't have to worry about paying out my eyes.

I have known Diane for quite some time now. When a time came that I found myself in a place of needing legal representation not only was I sure that she was the woman for the job then I have over the course of time enjoyed watching, learning , and trusting, her understanding of the "system".
On another note, particular to my experience , I had dealt with an unfair settlement with an ex- husband who had left me to do every and all of the details of raising our children on only half of the child support his income should pay. Our past marriage had threats, and bribery to the children.... it became so emotional abusive. My point is this. My first initial visit with Diane prior to actual filing a motion to modify custody and child support was over a year prior to actually doing it. She saw the situation for what it was. She would check in with words of encouragement and understanding. Yet, when I was finally ready her fire and ready to go was fearless and so helpful to a womans heart that I could only describe as frozen and scared but determined to do what was best for them. Diane is a warrior.

Now, with that said there is something more interesting to know about her. She has all the attorney knowledge , protective nature, attorney character that may be found in books or articles, learned from professors and collected from experience. BUT she has natural INSTINCT. Thats a gift! and boy does she's have it. She made decisions prior to a trial, and inside a courtroom that came directly from her gut that came out far more favorable than even we expected. It's not always you find someone to represent you that has both fierce and heart but this is why she is a big win if you will listen with patience to take the steps she suggests to get the best result.

Another outstanding thing to mention in the synergy between her co-partner Ryan. What they each bring to the table has a lot to offer the company as a whole. They work as a team very well! NOTHING could get past those two. I have already recommended them to friends, family, and acquaintances. Pitcher & Holdaway thank you for all you have done!!

Diane is helping in an ongoing custody battle. Not only does she make sure you understand the laws, she encourages you to be active in your case, and teaches you why things are going the way they are. Most people don't understand jurisdiction vs. Non jurisdiction for custody, or district court vs. Juvenile court, she gets it when you're mad and frustrated and she is posative, and supportive to help you learn from your frustrations, and explains in ways it's easier for someone with no knowledge of the law to understand.
She also understands and shows empathy when you need it making you feel like she really gets it, and you share the pain. We all know understanding the law is a huge pain...
She is amazing, and has balls bigger than most men. She will fight hard, and do what she thinks is in the best interest of her client.

Ryan helped me over emails and phone calls enough so when I came and met him everything was all set. He changed the outcome of what would happen. Made me feel like I can deal with attorneys. If I need one again he would be the first I'd call.

They absolutely know their stuff. I was arrested on trumped up charges by Franklin county and Ryan Holdaway easily got them dismissed. Really great guy to work with!

No one wants to get a divorce... But sometimes it happens. The advice and guidance that i received through my ordeal was amazing. The support that I got was second to none, Diane tells it like it is and it out to protect her client. Thankfully I was able to reconcile and things have never been better in my life.
