I had a trust that had been written in Oregon and amended by myself twice since I had been in Utah. I was worried the specifics would not hold up in Utah so I needed someone to review it, incorporate the amendments and make sure it was a legal Utah document. Ryan did what is called a “restatement” which merged the two amendments with the original trust, but the name of the trust is the same and the properties do not have to be changed over to a new trust.
