Horrible horrible experience with Malone. He lied to us, and did not try to help us in the least. Let alone charged us outrageous prices for literally doing nothing, except screwing us over. Save your money and get a decent attorney who actually cares amd tries for his clients. His receptionists was pretty horrible too, and very rude. We would go weeks and weeks calling everyday to talk to Malone amd never heard anything back.

Malone and Jack have been amazing at helping me with my custody situation. We ended up going to trial for part of my case and I was impressed with how much time and effort Malone put into preparation. He helped me get through one of my toughest days. It wasn't personal to him, but it was personal to me. I'm so grateful for his hard work. The office staff have also been fantastic at keeping me up to date on paperwork that has been filed with the court and working with me to make monthly payments on my balance. I have previously worked with a different attorney that was very dishonest. In comparison, I would highly recommend Malone and Molgard Law Offices!

RE:Adoption of my biological daughter to my husband.

I had a really great experience with Malone Molgard. He was decently priced and always professional. Whenever I emailed or called to get information regarding our case i was always replied to within a timely manner (however, check your junk mail, because that's the only reason i didnt get a message one time.. haha)
In court he was professional, and after the adoption was granted to my husband and I he took pictures of our family with the judge on my phone! He helped us through the whole process of getting all of our documents, waited there with us until we had everything we needed and then congratulated us before leaving the court house!
I would recommend him for sure!!

If you are looking for a good lawyer that helps misunderstood, good fathers who are unfairly and unjustly treated look elsewhere.. I would not recommend this lawyer!! He advocates for Mother’s only and does not fight for the fathers rights. Fathers are underrated, mistreated and abused especially in the State of Utah. He also did not take the time to communicate with his client. It was a very long, frustrating and expensive experience for my son. Thankfully my son has found a better lawyer who is fighting for him and advocates for good honest fathers who want to be in the lives of their children.

I felt like he represented my ex instead of me. After the divorce I took my paperwork to another attorney and he literally threw it and said I got "screwed".
He told me it would be easy to change a divorce decree but then after the divorce was over he said it would take several years before I could change it.
I am now paying about half of my income in child support and alimony all because of his bad legal advice.

Was very dishonest with us, we have had attorneys tell us we got taken advantage of, and was given bad legal advice, and was flat out lied to. He was not aggressive at all, and very difficult to get ahold of. He let the other party(ex) control everything. I would not recommend him to anyone.
