When a collection agency turned over an account due to a misunderstanding, all attempts to resolve the issue were met with rudeness, condescension, and self-importance. This interaction has made certain that if for any reason I need an attorney in the future, I will steer far away from this office. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, because the way I was spoken to in the phone is inexcusable in every way. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with an attorney from this firm and I was nothing more than disappointed. I am a believer of professionalism and honesty in all parts of my life and present myself this way in all interactions and I do not think that is an unreasonable request of attorneys, however, there was a lack of this in the interaction.

One of the employees was helpful the other one was an epic failure. Claimed to have to mail documents to me then did not after lecturing me on what was and was not a secure source. Will be back to edit this if the other employee doesn't follow through.

Another idiot ambulance chaser lawyer....hospital was supposed to discount my ER visit by 70% because I applied for and qualified for financial aid/assistance...the Hospital INSTEAD sends me to collections without applying proper discount, and then Daines & Jenkins picks up the money trail threatening me with lawsuits, bills, garnishments, etc. I explained the situation to them and they simply brushed me off, saying there is nothing they can do...really? Time for a countersuit. I particularly liked their letter which ends "Govern yourself accordingly." LOL maybe they should look in the mirror, stupid vultures!
