Also bear in mind that knowing what you are good at and what you are not good at is a Virtue. When it comes to dealing with Insurance Companies I know I'm not qualified. Just like I'm not a plumber, never have been, so if my plumbing needs fixing I call a Certified Plumber.

I was involved in a very bad accident a few years ago. A young man run a red light and broadsided my truck in the drivers door. The aftermath of dealing with my injuries involved a year of Physical Therapy, an Operation, ongoing Neck, Shoulder and Spinal Pain.

I was very fortunate that Matt Miller was recommended to me by a close friend. It did not take long to see why he comes as a recommendation. When your recovery involves Insurance Companies, Hospitals, Doctors, Therapy and dealing with replacement of what's been lost Matthew Miller and his very competent staff, Ann and Mary, boils it down to one stop shopping. All I had to do was handle my Doctors appointments and focus on getting well. Matt handled everything else.

I found out very quickly what paying for Uninsured and Under Insured Premiums really meant. If you're like me you've had this type of Coverage within your Insurance Policies your whole life. If not, you may want to consider adding that coverage to your policies.

Matt negotiated the Settlement with the opposing Insurance Company and received the maximum amount allowed within the other drivers Insurance Policy. However, that did not come close to settling my Insurance Claim. That's where it turned to my own Insurance Company and the Uninsured and Under Insured Coverage that I have paid for my entire life. If you think that your own Insurance Company will treat you better than the Opposing Insurance will, well I just hope one of your Life Skills is Negotiating as good or better than a seasoned Attorney. Trust me, an Insurance Company is nothing more than an Insurance Company rather it be your own or someone else's. I now know this to be a fact!

Matt negotiated a very fair Settlement with my Insurance Company in addition to the Opposing Insurance Company without having to go through a Court Trial. It turns out that Patience is also a Virtue!! All I ever had to do was that care of my healing and Matt & Staff did all the rest. I was kept every undated throughout their whole process delivering both Settlements.

I also would like to add one final comment. Matt Miller is a role model of a Gentlemen. I know, all the Lawyer jokes and negative opinions regarding Lawyers in general that are out there. Very poor lawyer! Had a meeting with him to talk about my case. He was very nice. After 4 months of nothing I found out he lied to me and said he was contacting my doctor. He has my doctor's personal cell phone number and never even tried to call him. I have all the paperwork to back it up. He told me that he don't like my doctor and after 5 months he sent me a letter stating that he was not able to help me and that he was too busy to help me. But advised me to get a lawyer asap. That makes no sense at all. Now I am being refused treatment and my great credit is ruined and can barely function due to my spine injury that was a 100% the other drivers fault. The other driver has taken full responsibility and so has USAA insurance company. Mr. Miller waisted my time and has completely ruined my life and waisted my time. Now I am in more pain then ever.
