After my review I received a phone message and an email requesting to change my review by Lisa Noble's partner Gary Hill. The problem is no exhibits were provided to the court on my behalf. I asked and Ms. Noble said she wasn't doing that. I asked Ms. Noble to help out with stuff after the court's decision and her response was that thing have become unworkable with you and I will not do anything else for you. It was her that went to the court saying stuff behind my back and when I asked her about it, it was my problem. The part you are on your own with figuring out how to get stuff to your ex and get her attorney to provide stuff to you. Not cool.
Their extensive personal attention and even availability after hours and on weekends when needed have shown me that my bias was unfounded. At least in regards to Gary, Lisa, and their awesome team.
Their approach of deep thinking on long term strategy and execution of prepared plans is second to none. Affordable and everything.
I truly have had my life changed for the better by working with these folks! I count myself blessed for having found them in my time of need. These are two partners working together that compliment each other's abilities in the court room and behind the scenes where the work is getting done before it even reaches the court. I that God for them and I can't recommend them highly enough. In your time of legal need, PLEASE reach out to these folks. You won't regret it.
Gary Hill called me back Extremely fast and worked with me to resolve my issues and we came to a Resolution Immediately For that I'm extremely grateful for.

When it became clear we were not going to have to go to trial due to ex withdrawing his lawyer and agreeing to work with us we all of a sudden became not important anymore. We knew the end of May he was agreeable to sign and papers were not filed by Gary until August. That is a huge window for someone to change their mind and possibly cause us to go to an expensive and emotional trial!!
I also had contacted Gary on several occasions and didn't hear from him for 19 days..this was after we knew papers were going to be signed in my favor. His response via email was "he has been so busy with trials he had forgotten about my case and needed to catch up".
He ended up using all my retainer and billed me for around $620 also stating he had worked 1 hour on a revised draft I never saw. I did dispute his bill with him. He claimed I was creating a false narrative about him just to get out of my bill. The only reason I even gave a 2 is because at least after forwarding his emails where he specifically contradicted himself and the lack of the draft he revised he did write off my balance. Long story short is I shouldn't have had to use all my retainer when the opposing party was agreeable and we knew early on.
