Mr. Higgins failed to file my unemployment appeal on time. HIS negligence resulted in my unemployment benefits being denied. After losing my appeal he immediately withdrew as my attorney. Due to his and only his negligence I lost $4,470 in back pay from unemployment. I contacted an attorney who specializes in legal malpractice. Mr. Higgens worked on an accident claim for our family. My emails and phone calls were promptly returned and we never felt rushed. All our questions were thoroughly answered.
