My youngest son was represented by Tim Duffy. Tim, and his staff, worked very hard to ensure he received the best legal representation possible. I called and left a message for Mr Duffy. He returned it, and before I could say hey, he said “I’m better than the other lawyer, but can you afford me?”

I respectfully refused his business, and went to another lawyer who was sympathetic to my cause.

I worked for Tim for about a year. This man could do things and get things done that I had never seen another attorney do. He is very old school and no nonsense and knows criminal law and family law like no other. He will tell you what he can and can't do for you. Believe him when he tells you as he knows exactly what he is doing. He might be a little rough around the edges but I am still sending my friends to him and I am pretty sure he doesn't even like me. It's okay though because I know how good he is at what he does. So all you people who are saying bad things about him or his practice, you are all wrong. Worst attorney in the country.

I found myself in a pretty serious situation in Iowa... and because i was from out of state, I had very few options or leverage with the court system. Tim saved the day, and saved my life... He did something i have never heard of in the criminal court system. Tim was able to get 2 of my 3 charges dropped and was able to completely settle and dispose of my case within 2 weeks of my arrest.... 2 WEEKS, from arrest to sentencing. Unheard of!!!
Tim was amazing. Old School, No Nonsense... Knew the system and all of the players. The prosecutors and judge knew him.. and obviously respected him. Thanks Tim. I wouldn't be able to even write this review without your expertise and assistance. His staff was also extremely helpful... They were able to get all of my property returned to me within a month of my sentencing. And most importantly Tim and his staff were able to keep me out of jail. If you need a real lawyer, who can get things done, hire Tim.

When I called to get a quote they said they will give me a call back and I waited two days and no call back so I decided to call and the secretary told me that Timothy Duff called you and told you that he can't do the case. Why lie and say you called when you never did. Don't waste your time with him.

Lol...on the other 1 star review...This guy and his team are a joke. I almost lost everything as well, but luckily I was smart enough to stop paying this guy, and I got another attorney. I was not able to see my kids for 3 months, and he lied to the other attorney saying I never mentioned them...The 5 star reviews are family members, liars, or employees. My ex wife's attorney assured her Tim was lazy and it would be an easy path for everything she wanted...He was right...this guy's last two words to me were, "Fortune....Fortune" before hanging up on me. He was talking about my future bill...pathetic and I fired him immediately.

Tim was awesome. Kept me informed all the way. Did everything he said he would do. And was very plesant to work with. Would recommend him to anyone. :)

Old school...........Mr. Duffy, Esquire, and his right and left hand staff are an example of exactly how these true professionals are projected by their peers and public ... and I think the name and reputation of this law firm sums it up.........old school!!!! That is an asset and hard to find.

Mr. Duffy went above and beyond on my son's case. He did everything he said he would do and made things happen quickly. Mr. Duffy always kept me informed and called me directly and very quick to return my calls also. Very pleased with his services!

I am a divorced father who was caught in a nasty custody case with my ex wife. After she left the state with my daughter, I tried unsuccessfully to find an attorney that could or would help.
Then I found Tim... After meeting with him and his staff, I felt comfortable and confident. They kept me informed and involved every step of the way. My daughter was home a week later WOW. After wining a couple of preliminary hearings, we entered mediation (another brick wall). Tim did not give up.
