When I was injured in an accident when someone ran a stop sign and tboned me, I suffered from a neck injury. I was in so much pain and was busy with dr appts and treatments. I wanted to make sure my case was taken care of, but hard to have energy and time when you are injured. Chad with Lamarca took away all the worry about my case away so I could work on recovering. He was so knowledgeable and explained each step and always called and updated me on my case and how things were progressing. He treated me as a priority and always answered any questions my husband and I had. They are organized, caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient. When my 7-year-old daughter and I were victims of a high-speed rollover crash where the other party was entirely at fault, I thought it would be an open-and-shut matter of filing a claim with the other party's insurance. As I started to try to navigate the process of obtaining medical records, dealing with multiple insurance companies, laws of multiple states (my accident happened out of state) and dealing with ongoing injuries (physical therapy for me and therapy for my daughter's PTSD) I realized I was in way over my head and needed the help of some professionals.

I hadn't even gotten to negotiations.

Luckily, I had a colleague who was also dealing with the aftermath of an accident who passed along the contact info for his attorneys, LaMarca Law Group. I made an appointment (shout out to Chad Knapp) and am extremely happy that I did. We discussed the accident, went over my options, and I turned them loose.

They handled everything. I can't tell you how wonderful a feeling that is after such a stressful event. We kept in regular contact, and I never had to wonder what the status of my claim was. At every fork in the road we discussed options, and I was never pressured into any kind of decision. We ended up with a settlement that we were very happy with, and even after that LaMarca continued to work on our behalf to make an underinsurance claim with my insurance company. Settlement negotiation is a long process, but this still beat my expectation for timing every step of the way.

Just as when you hope you never have to go to the doctor, you are happy to have a great one when you do. I feel the same way about Chad and LaMarca - I hope I never need to call them again, but if I do it will be with the utmost confidence that I have made the right choice.

Chad Knapp was helpful, patient, and informative. He made a bad situation bearable. I am from out of state, but if ever I need an attorney in Iowa again, I will give him a call.

Very poor attention to my case. Kept it 8 months without doing a single thing then mr. Knapp drops my case with few months left, with no time for me to continue elsewhere with a lawsuit

I was hit on my motorcycle and I tried to resolve the issue with the person at fault insurance company. They told me I was partially at fault which was not true. I called LeMarca Law Group and talked with Chad Knapp. He asked a few questions had me come in and talk with him told me he would take care of things and update me. Anytime he said he would call me back he did. He emailed and called anytime he received new info on my case. I didnt have to do anything and not to soon after a deal was made that was satisfactory to me. I would recommend Chad personally for accidents and his firm for any legal advise. Used this office for a mediation. After talking to the other party discovered that offers that both of us presented were not offered to eachother, resulting in animosity and a poor entry that neither of us really wanted. Also, after I paid and saw the debit on my account, I waited 15 minutes and asked for my receipt so I could go, only to find the mediator having a personal conversation with someone else, totally disregarding my time. Do not recommend.
