In response to your answer from my sisters post. First of all I continually made calls checking on my case. I kept saying I felt like a pest. But the problem I had was I was the one calling and wanting an update. Sure you called me back which I appreciated but I kept calling worried it was getting closer to my 2 year mark. I felt like I was NOT a priority. My frustration was it was 2 weeks prior to the 2 year mark I was told he did not agree that the doctor had done anything wrong. BUT I was on deaths door multiple times because of this surgeon. If he had not knicked my bile duct then why did it happen. I dont believe that it was something
I had because I have had Quite a few surgeries and never once have I almost died multiple times and had 3 surgeries in one week. He got away with it. What upsets me the most is there should have been more than one opinion. BUT again i felt I was not a priority. After such late notice I couldn’t get anyone with 2 weeks left. It wasn’t enough time. Please be careful

I received a shoulder injury at work which resulted in surgery. Even though the injury resulted in an impairment rating, my employer initially didn't feel I should be compensated.
