My husband was hit on his motorcycle by a semi. The driver never saw him and kept going. The lawsuit lasted almost three years. Because my husband couldn’t work we lost our home our vehicles and much more. Hupy and abraham settled for 30,000 and my husbands motorcycle didn’t even get paid for. Not to mention he now has an injury that is going to last the rest of his life and the medical bills will be coming out of our pockets. I do not recommend using them for anything. They only care about getting paid so they don’t care if what the clients get is right or not as long as they settle.

My experience with Hupy and Abraham was 2nd time i was in need of a persoal injury attorney. They would not help me

Like on their commercial they do send someone to your house pretty fast after the first call but once that initial meeting is over they don't hear from them unless you call them yourself. It took them one and a half years to tell my husband their wasn't going to be enough money in it for them!! Really!! Then why wait a year and a half. Why even tell us anything? Why send someone out to the house so fast?

At first I laughed it off, but when I was still in pain almost a month later, I decided maybe it wasn't funny anymore.
